mizromi, Style XP skins are not less complicated. the .msstyle extension is just a zipped file. If the Windowblinds skins you downloaded were in .zip format, you just need to rename it .wba then double-click on it and you're done. Not more complicated than that. Windowblinds skins do not include cursors and icons. It's just the skin, except a bit more complete. Using both do not increase your resources as you obviously can't apply both at the same time. You'll choose to apply

Drop the Design view, go in the Code view. It's something like this: &lthead&gt &nbsp &ltstyle&gt &nbsp&nbsp div.center { &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp width: 400 &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp border: 1 solid black &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp text-align:left &nbsp&nbsp } &nbsp&nbsp body { &nbsp&nbsp&nb

With Windowblinds, you can download, install and use any of the skins in the library ( Link ) and manually adjust the colors very easily, just choose the color and apply. You can't do that with StyleXP, you have to download and use the themes as they are. Windowblinds is cheap (20$ the first time, 15$ for version upgrades) and well worth it: <

It looks like Royale, a new visual style from Microsoft made for Media Center Edition. A version that works with XP got leaked, you can download it from different sources, such as here . Note that a few ports and variations were atempted for Windowblinds by different authors. Just search the Windowblinds libray for Royale.

And I'll admit of being one who hardly ever updates his things. I spend sometimes so much time working on something to get it to work the way I want it to work (on my computer at least), that when I finally upload it, it's like a relief, and it's a pain to even consider opening that project again. The way I see it is, it worked for me, then it probably works for some people. For those for whom it doesn't w

computerdummy, read Essencay's post #13 and Sleeping Dragon's just above yours.&nbsp Since the new site's user levels work&nbspquite differently, there is bound to be bugs on the old site (this one). Nothing personnal, you're not alone.

I've had my Hotmail account for over 5 years and indeed can't access it through Outlook 2003 nor OE. On the other hand, my wife still can. Furthermore, she's been upgraded to&nbsp200 Megs (or so) while I'm still stuck with 2 Megs. I don't know how they &#115elect who gets an upgrade and who gets crippeled...

Actually, any Stadock customer should be able to rate. If you are positive that you can't rate, you should indeed email Stardock or maybe even T-Man (the head programmer of the site). With the new site being actively developped, it's not impossible that some bugs may occur. Check the About page for T-Man's email: https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=about

4. Go to http://www.weather.com/&nbsp Type in your city in the "Enter city or US zip" box.&nbsp Click on the city corresponding to the one you want (in the case where there are more than one city with that name in the world). Now, look at the address bar (the URL) and write down the code just before the question mark (usually 4 letters and 4 numbers), for example London would be UKXX0085. Use that code in the weather object when it asks you for the zip code.

I tried it, and it's indeed very cool. I think the hype is because the&nbsporiginal Mac&nbspversion Konfab was indeed something new and revolutionary (on the Mac platform). The original Konfab got lot of press. Now the facct that it's being ported over to Windows is just an inheritance from the original hpe, although it's not new on the Windows platform.&nbsp It's more like "Hey, look, now that amazing program will be available for Windows".That and the fact that Desktop X has long been known as a Theming app more than a widget app.&

What the heck?&nbsp Something is weird here. I see you as a Level 1 user. Level 1 users are visitors, without even a registered account. But you have a usernbame and you can post to this messageboard, so you obviously have an account. And you have downlaoded close to 1 Gig, where the max is 50 megs for level 2 users and 5 megs for level 1 users. This is too weird.
