I clicked on a link that said "Create new article" but I don't think that's it. There must be an easier way, no? Like enter a topic and a message and push submit... No?

A trick to know if you're actually reading through IE, right-click on an empty part of the screen you're viewing, if the drop-down is IE's drop-down, then it's IE and can probably only open links in IE, but if it's another contextual menu, then it's the actual SDC software and will open links in your default browser.

Werewolf, since the links in SDC are actually in IE, I doubt that would be feasible.  Can you open a link in Mozilla when you click on it from IE?
Unless Stardock comes up with a way to make screensavers easily (drag-drop, push-this-button kinda way), I doubt we would have many - if any - original screensavers submitted.
Yes, as Chris pointed it, we're not talking about the browser being able to host ActiveX, but having the browser being itself available as an activeX component.
SlimBrowser, AvantBrowser, MyIE... All the same. So much the same that you wonder if it's not the same software distributed by different companies. Anyway, I use Slimbroser once in a while, but, like all the other ones of its kind, I find that it slows down my computer after a little. I guess it uses more  memory or something.
The iptheme file used to be a simple text file, but unfortunately now due to other software ripping the format, it's now encrypted.
If it's an object, it should load as long as Desktop is running (unless you change the theme), But if they are Widgets, then Desktop X doesn't even need to be running.  Once the widget is opened, right-click on it and select "auto-run", that way it will open automatically upon reboot.
While Windowbinds is definately better, the point is that it doesn't have to be a either/or question. You can use both. Well, actually, I wouldn't use StyleXP but if you just want to patch the uxtheme.dll you can use any .msstyle theme, and it won't interfere with Windowblinds.
But you don't need to name it, just use "opener" for a name and it will work.
We have a bizillion DX weather objects/widgets here, but not that particular one. It's probably not done for DX, my guess would be AveDesk.

Joe, in javascript you can refer the window that opened the popup as "opener". Ex: window.opener.close() would close the original window.

Yeah, I think they are both the same docklet uploaded by different people. None of the two are the actual author though.   But the terms of use of this docklet allows anybody to distribute and modify it. So...
