WOM isn't to fond of Bush but he is a strong leader and thats why (IMHO) the world leaders don't want him reelected. As long as the US has a "us against the world" attitude, then you may be right, but sometimes it's nice to have friends.

Voting for anything else is like voting for Bush. In the news today, they were talking about a survey done Internationally, and it's amazing how this guy (Bush) is unpopular everywhere. 72% of the British support Kerry, 71% of the French, 78% of the Spannish. These were the highest, other country results were in the 60%-70% range. Only ONE country supported Bush (around 60%): Israel.

Phar0e: it can look like anything you want, it's skinnable, or you can set it to be skinned by Windowblinds. It's much easier to configure than a Litestep popup, but obviously a lot less customizable it doesn't have hundreds of modules the way LS has, although it does support a "plugin" feature, so maybe plugin programmers can contribute to make this app even cooler. What image software are you using? Photoshop or PSP? I don't use PSP so somebody else would have to explain it, but in Photoshop, first, make sure your background is empty (transparent), then&nbsp&#115elect "save for Web". Select GIF&nbspfor the image type, make sure "transparency" is checked, and &#115elect a black color for the "Matte" setting.&nbsp To make the file size smaller, play with the number of colors and use lots of dithering. Depends what your image is, if it's a lot of the same
