OK, so you get to the store... What do you do with the device? Can't leave it outside, at the price it costs! Can't really bring it inside either, it's too big and heavy... No again, I see 3 problems with this device before it can be considered acceptable: too heavy, too big, too expensive. But, what's wrong wth riding your bike to the store again? BoXXi, yes his wheelchair is awesome, and indeed a great adavancement for disabled people. But this Segway thing? Sure it's cool, the way it seems to levitate and keep upright by itself. But technology is supposed to have a purpose... What is the purpose in this case? When would I use it? To go to work? It would take me two hours at top speed. I take the train to go to work. Really, they announced it as one of the biggest inventions in history... come on. Sure, it's cool. But really, what is it really but a fancy motorized scooter, that you can buy for about 300$. And besides the motorized scooters are much more portable. No thank you, too pricy, too big, too heavy. I doubt it really catches on. I can't see anybody, but a few rich old men, that would buy it. Man, and I though Ginger was going to be some sort of flying machine. Pff! A scooter!

For WBA files, you need Windowblinds (http://www.windowblinds.net), for IP file, you need IconPackager (https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager). Although if all you want is the icons, you can just rename the IP extension to ZIP, since it's really just a zip files. You'll find all the icons in there, except without the IconPackager program, you'll need to apply them one by one.

Still, there a a few people who make them, but not a whole lot; basically for the same reason not a lot of people make WMP7 skins. It's cool, powerful, but very time consuming and requires some programing knowledge that most skin artists don't have.

I suggest you turn off the preview pane, and just delete messages from people you don't know (and don't care to know) - except ones who's subject is something like "About your skin" or somethinglike that - before reading the mail. Outlook XP refuses to let me open any kind of script or executabe file, even if I wanted to. And it's actually pissing me off. So that Outlook Express ships with "unsecure" features doesn't bother me. I'd rather be in control of my own security.
