Amy, This is a problem that pops up from time to time. The reason is because the .obpack you downloaded is actually a .zip with a .obpack inside of it. That might not make much sense but all you need to do is "save as.." to your desktop. Then use winzip or similiar to unzip it. Extract the .obpack out of each and then double click them. They should load up fine then.

Good question Davad... wondered that myself... I hope no one is suggesting that we make a decision on a rating on whether or not guests can see a certain submission after we rate. Personally I could care less whether someone who has not taken the time to even register an account here can see or download anything. Now citizens is another matter entirely...

You talking about this thing: http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail.php3?fid=1037930316 The beta release patch is available on Fileforum, and they have a link to the full program in the "Note" section in the center.

Sounds like you are in the Winstyles section. The .suite files are only about 1k. They are basically a text files with links to the various skins that are displayed. You will need Winstyles and the programs the themes are for in order to use these. Winstyles Link: https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles/

WindowFX has a check box in it's config to run at startup. That should get you closer to "always", it might be tied in to the MCP Core loading in the future... who knows! WindowFX does not have the ability to change the color on the text background of your desktop icons. It can however make the background transparent.

Icons are the easiest and most plentiful thing to find outside of walls. If you can't find what you are looking for here, and you haven't said exactly, then click on the word 'Community' at bottom right. Just about all customization sites have icons, and some specialize in them. You could even google the game name with the word icon! Good luck...

You can use any icons or png on the dock. If you already have one for the game in question. It might not looks the greatest, there are a number in the dock section though. The clock is a special dock feature. You can add it in the config box, if you accidently deleted it.
