Plural, That is a great idea, but it would have to be implemented into the skinning engine to work. You still end up with a folder full of bitmaps and such which can be easily converted into another format. The Pixtudio suites do require a credit card, email, and serial to execute the installer. Interesting!! Sounds like someone needs a time out Really though, it might be a 'glitch', why not email T-Man privately and ask if it was a simple error. I know things can get screwed up when you do a nick change. Could be as simple as that.

It might have something to do with your user level. I would use the Cross Reference in the Edit Account section to link your Wincustomize ID to the Stardock products you have purchased. Should solve the problem instantly.

I haven't had that problem so I'm not sure. But since you didn't mention a logon specifically try this: download the logon you want and save it to your desktop Use Winzip or similar to unzip the file. If you use Winzip you can right click it and choose 'open with' and select winzip executable. There should be a bunch of .bmps an .ini and maybe a few other things. If all this stuff is in there and the file has an .logonxp extension it should load in fine if you double click it.<

I can not say I have ever heard of this. I very much doubt if it is even possible. What you need is two seperate internet connections with a server on each end. Cat5 cabling typically runs no more than 500 feet and wireless won't get you that far reliably. Good luck....

Well, how many posts are there going to be to let everyone know all is working OK. It would be nice, but usually it just doesn't happen. Usually problems occur becuase people downlaod the alpha's and beta's and expect them to perform as a gold release. If you stick with the "released" versions you will probably have few problems if any. No piece of software is perfect.... but Object Desktop is definately worth the 50 dollar purchase and the 35 dollar yearly renewals... no doubt about it.

If you are refering to the Logon screen there are some nice ones here. If you are talking about the boot screen that appears before, that will take some more sophisticated tweaking.
