[quote who="Bellack" reply="84" id="3481645"] Well I mentioned Moo3 because Moo2 and Moo were beloved TBS Space games like GS and GS2 and maybe if people had said that MOO3 was heading in the wrong direction perhaps disater would have been averted or not. But since then I encourge people to speck thier minds if they see something wrong with a game while it is still in development no matter if I or others Agree ot disagree with thi

[quote who="Schaefespeare" reply="74" id="3480519"] I was just trying to point out to everyone that the game is very much in early Alpha stage therefore it should be easier to make changes now rather than when it gets to beta stage. The thing that I forgot the game has, at the moment, is the game engine and the starship-workshop, also perhaps a quarter of the Tech-tree. I can't see that pointing out such

[quote who="Schaefespeare" reply="68" id="3480353"] Of course you change the playing field in mid-development,when you're in alpha stage, especially if you're going in the wrong direction. I mean how much of a game have we really got at the moment ? A little bit of AI, stuck in War-Mode, and I'm sure there must be something else but I can't remember what ! i don't care as long as movement and combat is represented in an eye pleasing form. Movement isn't right now, but somewhere here i read it is being considered WIP. And we are still in alpha, so i am ok with it atm. edit: 'is'

[quote who="Ambermonk" reply="200" id="3480131"] Is the Founder's Vault Dead ? There hasn't been much since the beginning of April and it's now July - over three months . The Alpha 3 version boast lots of UI additions, but the Founder's Vault remains barren. Maybe they haven't implemented the 'screenshot' module yet. [quote who="Schaefespeare" reply="15" id="3479835"] I'll repeat my preference for GC3 being developed as a 3-dimensional universe, but would admit it stretches current multi-threaded multi-processor technology capacity of even i7-grade processors to solve adjacency issues with six-faced cubes;it is a considerable programming challenge but that shouldn't be any excuse to avoid tackling the issue. ... I really, REALLY like the unit design and art much better than in LH. I like the You vs The World design in generell. I dont like the terrain (yet), but its clearly stated to be work in progress, so it's ok. I am not sure about the doomcounter, but i'll have to see in game. All in all ... is it out yet?!
