Have you tried Crazy Browser? There was a post about it here with a link. Tried it out and it really is pretty good. If you can't find the post, just do a search for crazy browser.

It's not the program. You need to download the windowblinds that have the XP icon showing next to the windowblind preview. These have the XP support that you are wanting.
