Did you look on the front? Also the serial number is on the outer wrap of the Jewel case, so if you threw it away, then you better fish it out! That's why I never take the cd out of the case. I just have it so that it's easier to install the game if should I get a new computer. But, yes the serial number is on the plastic wrap of the case, so as I said before if you threw

This reminds me that I wish they'd put a "Hide obsolete components" button in the shipyard. If I have Plasma III or whatever, there's no reason to still list Plasma II, Plasma I, Laser V, Laser IV, Laser III, and all the other crap I'll never use again. Having them there isn't just useless, it's annoying to have to scroll past all of it to see what Mass Drivers or

nice translation I like this idea of evolutino, but ya it would need to be a research thing. I dont know exactly where it would lie, but it would be a cool tech and a precurser could be even nerve gases or something, and that tech would give you the "gas attack" thing that your soldier have when invading a planet. Maybe not so much relgion or government, though i liked it in Civ4... it was for Civ4. More government interactions would be cool.

Spy ship specs: Cargo hull - 2 of the best engines - 2-3 life supports - all the remaining space fill with senors sensor range cap = 15 i agree with using freightors

This isnt new. This is a reported bug in diplomacy. What happens is that sometimes when at war, during the computors turn, it would truce even if you did nothing to stimulate this. Same thing can happen with war. Where one turn your at peace next turn the diplomacy screen or foreign policy screen shows you at war.

well click on the picture look at the properties get the url, lightworker yours is "http://images2.stardock.com/24/28/2428979/icon.jpg" you can enter this straight into your IE/Firefox, what ever, if it doesnt come up that means there no file at that location. Which means A)Upload didnt happen and there just is no file at this spot B)Upload happened, but to a different destination then the one returned to you

Agreed, the core ships are next to worthless (save for the colonizers and constructors), i dont even find these usefull, i make my own. The starting constructor sacrifices an engine for lifesupport, i personly dont need my constructor to go across the map. Same goes for my colinizer. But this all depends on starting techs.

No, even if it required several modules (engines, weapons etc) it would be exploitable. People would build constructor fleets with lots of engines, race them behind enemy lines, assemble the death star and be ready to unleash hell in 1 turn, which would suck donkey balls. The AI would have to be much more aggressive in destroying starbases and constructors. Oh, and death s

My lappy has 512MB and I run it just fine...for a while. Then it goes slow, but not by much. However, every time I do try gigantic/abundant, I play on masochistic...and die. I die very quickly, so I've never really gotten past late-mid-game. My last attempt was with v1.2b2

Morale determines how likely your planets are to switch sides if they start rioting. Approval determines your approval rating. As for good's advantages, the biggest one is that of improved relations with other races. It can be the biggest advantage in the world to be going 3 on 1 vs Drengin, instead of having 3 vs you. As for

Maybe invest in a new machine instead of complaining. Newer chips are more efficient. Duel cores are even more effeicent (yes factoring in that there are 2 duh...) Computor power usage is lower then 30% compaired to the energy your monitor uses. 3 CRTs will keep a room warm all winter.

I assume that this also might make opposing AIs less inclined to make war on you... Unfortunately not... Or not that I've noticed anyway. Still, it makes the resulting war a fair bit easier. your wrong =P if you read the patch notesi believe for 1.1 it says that AI will take into account Alliances when declairing war.

the % being mined gives a direct boost to your attack and defence. I think maxxed out the % is around 50%. (42% i think exactly). This means a ship you build with 100 attack now has an attack of 150 (142 not rounded) which dominates.

I noticed that the impact is only if its in the AE of the starbase. What this means is if it passes threw it, and then leaves the area, the money goes back down. So yes just like all starbases it stacks but the end of the journy (on your side) has to be in the AE. The 30% do not stack so to say, they add up. Stackign usualy means this. Base Value = Base Value * (1+ %) so Base Value = 100 * (1 + .3) new base value is 130 if stacking is what it is, which it isnt, it wo
