Apparently the lock down is nation-wide. Our doors have always been locked at night but have been left open in the past. Apparently, we've had some homeless people / runaways living in our lobby this past weekend. Locked doors will keep those people out. I've always thought our doors should be locked 24/7... but that's just me. And, now, the rest of the country. They don't want to be "treated like children" yet they are "acting like child

Wow. I didn't mean to reply 3 times. I should have known better. And my delete is missing. I'll delete these if it ever comes back...
Well Tex, I meant every word I said. The majority of the people on here have been so good and caring not only to me and each other... even when their lives are kinda crappy. It really restores my faith in humanity. And, what I said about the virtual pinch still applies! (If you didn't read it, it's on the "perceptions of beauty" replies)

I'm not disputing you, so please don't get me wrong. I thought he left a "disturbing note" in his dorm room. I haven't been able to watch the news since this morning, so that may have turned out to be false. I was just wondering if this had turned out to be false information. Also, it was a very good article. Thanks for writing it.
In the past, major doors of each dorm were left open during the day so students could enter and leave their buildings freely without having to worry about pulling out their id cards to get into their dorms. After recent events, our campus has decided to lock all doors 24 hours a day. Students will now have to use their id cards to get into their buildings. The card
I'm bumping this because I want the people I admire to know that I admire them.
A best bet would be to go get you iron and thyroid levels checked as well as glucose, just to make sure. I hadn't thought about glucose... I may add it to the battery of tests. I've had thyroid problems in the past, so that's a pretty good bet.
I feel much better this morning. I decided to take my tylenol pm last night, and got 9 hours of sleep. No nightmares, no waking up, nothing like that. Just good ole solid sleep. True, I had some pretty strange and vivid dreams (Val Kilmer was there at one point) but nothing that woke me up. After my steak last night, I realized that I had been craving some red meat, which leads me to further believe it was plain old anemia. I'm still going for the blood tests, because it could be m
It's at times like these that I realize my life is not that bad. There are plenty of times when I complain about my life, and feel sorry for myself, but something always occurs that makes me realize that I've got a really good life. It is sad that it takes another's tragedy to make me realize that I have a good life, and each time I read about something that would b
Forever: Yeah, if you've only watched the movies, you won't be as "up to snuff" as I am... but that's ok. All of the movies will be released eventually. Or, you could read the books... Life: You should! I think marathons are the best things in the world. I love having movie marathons, as well as book marathons. You learn so much when you watch/read everything back to back.
The cameras may have seen, but I'm hoping no one thinks to put it on YouTube. I keep searching for "Girl loses pants" and nothing so far...
Dont forget the "swoop" in the T. And you have to say it in the "Potter" nasal voice. (Did anyone else see that episode of MASH the other night where Klinger is trying to copy Potter's signature?)
That's probably a better list than mine. Makes more sense for everyone as well.
Harry potter... was he not the col. on M.A.S.H. THE TV SERIES? If you were a true M*A*S*H fan, you would know his name is Sherman T. Potter. I'm rolling my eyes while laughing.
Thanks MM. I feel better already. I also have a friend on the way with a medium rare stake. Then, I'll do a little homework, takes some tylenol pm, and I should feel right as rain by tomorrow. Thanks for your thoughts guys. I appreciate it.
If it's anemia just wolf down some nice red meat. Nothing's better for the blood than a nice juicey steak. Also, if you're ever sick, don't take any iron...it encourages bacterial growth and will make it worse. For the first part -- good idea. I got paid today, and a trip to Coltons could be just the thing I need... For the second part -- really? I didn't know that! They should put that on an episode of House. "Woman has rapid bacte
I feel so sorry for my friends. I have to bite my tongue to keep from biting off their heads. And they aren't even doing anything. Poor kids. If I could just get some sleep, I'd probably feel a lot better. Looks like I'll be cozying up with some Tylenol PM tonight. Hopefully, that will make me feel better for tomorrow.
It's possible to have depression and not feel depressed. Instead you just might not feel right. True, but I just don't feel depressed. I know it sounds silly since, well, you can be depressed without feeling it, but I'm just not feeling it. hehe. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center
I don't feel like myself lately. I'm tired all of the time, can't seem to get myself going. However, when I try to sleep, I rarely get more than an hour without waking up. I'm extremely irritable and my temper is on its shortest leash ever. My body aches, and I can't get my mind to focus. The random "mystery" bruises are my biggest worry. They're getting wors
Several points: 1. You're right to say it is unfair for women (or men) to expect perfection from their mates. A friend of mine hates that her boyfriend looks at porn. She asked me if my (now) ex looked at porn and I said, "Of course!" He tried to deny looking at it, even lied (this really should have been a clue for me) and said that his friends put the Playboys in his room as a joke since they knew I was coming to town. I told her, "Yeah, he looks. He likes looking at very beautiful women
Another Sam Elliott! You look like him in Road house. The others are right, the long hair fit you well. Ditto.
Harry as a horcrux: It does make sense for him to be a horcrux. If a horcrux is something that holds part of Voldemort's soul, then Harry should be one. After all, Harry speaks Parsletounge becuase Voldemort does. Harry has some of Voldemort's powers because they were transfered into him. He also has special sight into Voldemort, which means it would also make sense. However, if part of Voldemort's soul was in Harry, shouldn't Voldemort have been
I never have the patience to grow my hair long enough to donate. Only once was it long enough, but I couldn't just chop it off. I respect people who can do that.
I said 15lbs because I wanted to make it sound really bad. I've never given birth, but I imagine it won't be pleasant no matter the size of the kid.
