Just FYI for devs. Have two rigs, both Win7ProSP1, both using the same skin (slightly modified Primavera by essorant), both using Firefox 50.1.0 with same theme and plugins. One rig still has WB 10.46 beta, the other WB10.5. The rendering of tab text in FF changed with 10.5 - rendered in white in 10.46 beta, in black in 10.5. All the best & Happy New Year!

I'm one of those who needs a tool to fix the tool. Ran it once & it fixed all but one of the identified problems. Ran it a second time & it reported all the problems to be fixed. Rebooted, ran update and nothing had changed, stayed stuck at 0% download for about 8 hours, with wuauserv banging the cpu at 25%. Have this problem on two rigs, strangely (or not). Have only tried the tool on one so far.
Don't think they're gonna go there, based on previous threads about this subject.
PIA that it is, a call to MS Support will probably get it sorted out. Worth a try, anyway. Good luck!
Don't know for sure, but I remember some discussion a while back about a brief 'moratorium' on replies when someone first joins the forums and maybe if someone returns after being inactive for some period of time, some sort of spam-mitigation policy IIRC. I may have hallucinated that, Tova, maybe not. Have you tried PM'ing a mod, say Jafo or DrJBHL? EDIT: I just realized how Duh! it was to ask you a question. PM one of them. [e
