I think he's asking that SD not forget those of us on Win7 & Win8, ZubaZ. That development not be devoted entirely to Win10. The market will tell SD what to focus on, but that's what he's asking if I read him right.

For several months now, randomly, when I click on the 'go to last reply' icon next to the 'last reply' user's name in the Last Reply Info column (Recent Posts or My Replies) there is no such reply with that user's name. Just FYI for Admins

I vowed to avoid all things IObit after disastrous issues with their software several years ago, but sounds like the uninstaller might be worth a look since my free Revo version is getting rather long in the tooth.

Didn't see this reported above. IP10 on Win7 Pro. Since the install, the Change Icon item in a desktop shortcut's context (right-click) menu fails to bring up the Change Icon dialog for some, but not all, shortcuts but the icon can still be changed in the file's properties dialog via the Change Icon button. Not all shortcuts or desktop items have the Change Icon item in the context menu, but I don't believe that is new to IP10.
