Idea: start a skin, then pass it along to someone else who finishes it, then starts a new skin in the same style and passes that one to yet someone else, and so on.

Idea: make skins for different apps that enables them to blend in with each other (okay, that's not too original), but be themselves still with unique character traits (unlike most of the themes I see). Or in other words, make skin families instead of themes.

Yep, maybe DesktopX has a "run at startup" function to have it start automatically, or else you could stick it into your Startup folder and it will be started automatically.

What I want to see is quality. There's this divide between the target audience as those that make the skins and those that use them. Though this site is aimed at the second group, the rating system is targeted towards the first group. Anyway, the original idea behind ratings was to cut down on bandwidth by showing less skins by default.

Clean the entire patio, except their spot and throw all snow on their spot. Or toss it ontop of their car. Okay, this won't solve anything, just make thing worse and so on, but it's fun! Or you could be subtle and say "Yes, I see you recently cleaned your patio too" and get them pissed off.

I think you have to start it all the time (not sure though). If I'm not mistaken, it is meant to enhance the shell and I've heard Froggy say it could be used with LiteStep with no problem.

I make (or should I say "made") my skins in PhotoShop, each element on its own layer and such. So to make such a screenshot, I use the "Save a copy" function.

This is why Outlook is dubbed Lookout by most of my friends and we all use better stuff. OKay okay, I'm not helping. Guess the thing to do is boot from your bootflop and sort things out, right?
