I honestly can't tell if he's actually ripping you andi, or if he's just "inspired" by you though I know in the past he ripped you. He seems to be unaware that what he's doing is improper.
Chris
Yep, my laptop is limited to 1024x768 and my primary desktop montior is 17 inches. Anything above 1024x768 becomes a squint-fest.
if you are talking about a shadow artifcat left behind from a window, then yes, I get the same problem with WindowsFX on my laptop (which has the world's worst ati video drivers)
That's standard behavior for the sharware version. The full version ($20) does not have that limitation
One of things that always draws me to a product is an approachable company and the community that is built around their products.
. and I just registered mirc not 5 minutes ago
Thx Faramir, I've recently become an IRC geek and like to inflict my thoughts on people in real-time. BTW, sorry about your brother.
Well, the easiest way is to disable the web view folder options in explorer. That's assuming you can live without that left hand portion of the windows pane.
BTW, what's the irc channel's name and server?
Well, I'm predominately interested in: WindowBlinds, ObjectBar, DesktopX, IconPackager, WinStyles and in that order. While Object Desktop has other applications, those seem to one extent or another to be the "anchor" apps for Object Desktop. I first came across OD when, after messing around with Linux and the various KDE themes, I poked around the net to see if something similar existed for Windows (beyond just color schemes). I bought WindowBlinds first since it seemed a pretty good de
Okay. To get around this, right-click the link and select "Save As".
I get the same thing. Instead selecting the open option when downloading, save it to your hardrive. Then either double-click it or add it from the Skins tab in the display properties.
WC doesn't have a MusicMatch section. So unless the admins decide to add one (which I'm pretty sure isn't going to happen), you'll have to upload it elswhere such as deviantART, Lots of Skins, or DeskMod.
Hmm. the links on that clan page are at the bottom of the page. Should have 'em move 'em up a bit so they're more obvious, or make the big logo a hypelink.
Unreal Tournament. Been playing it for 2.5 years. For the hopelessly bored, here's our clan page: http://www.rezidualfluximage.com We're on the PG and IGL ladders. I've also got Neverwinter Nights, and just ordered Warcraft 3. I've also got an XBOX and a PS2. I've also played othe games in the past (Icewind Dale, Baldur's gate,Quake...) The problem is, I don't have as much time for games as I would like, since the realworld and it's schedules keep me busy. But sometimes you
Thx Tarkus. BTW nice to see you back here again.
I don't think Trillian supports multiple servers/channels though.
Hey gang, does anyone remember the WB.INI setting used to tell WB that when the window is maximized to not do any border/titlebar trimming 'round the edges? Thx
Heck, I live in New England. Our choice of city and state names must either be British (Londonderry, Windham) or Native American (Massachusetts, Nashua). This law CANNOT be violated. Talk about, weird names, last year I visited the greater Richmond, VA area. Towns like Shortpump and Bumpass,... Wut up wit dat?
Well, developer can be used in a broad sense. For instance, perhaps you are a developer of Budweiser can towers on your back deck. Alternativley, it may be that you develop photo-film. Or maybe you're red and walk hunched over with yours moving in a swing gate while holding a pitchfork. In which case you might be be a Devil-Loper.
You know what I really hated about X Windows? Its that fact that the terminal is referred to as the X Windows Server and the computer where the X Windows application is running is referred to as the X Windows client.
What I don't like about besirc is that its title bar oftens competes with WindowBlind's title bar skinning. You can see them duel it out when you're moving the window around.
You mean the part on the web page where it says it's for Linux? (Sorry, I couldn't resist) heehee. You could create a similar effect in Windows using NextStart since those themes primarly composed of a Next-style menus and dock icons you could do with hotspot buttons. Or you could do it in HoverDesk as
That's a good one That's a pretty obscure bug.
