I would say no. It's not like non-Union workers are being abused in any way. The laws are there now. As an employer, you *have* to follow fair employment rules. I don't know Karma, I worked for a security company and they totally abused me. I had to work with a alcoholic, he put my life in danger because he was the one in charge in emergencies

Anyone eat Jelly belly jelly beans? I love those!! From the soda flavor ones to the strawberry daca.. decary... you know the drink. They have root beer, lime, strawberry banaba and more. Mix them up and you can actually get tastes of both flavors merged together. Yep, Jelly Belly is good... so is Scooby Doo fruit snacks.
#3 by Developer f0r3 - 11/9/2004 7:52:42 AM Well, I just started using FireFox as my primary browser because I discovered the Yahoo Companion is available for it (I can't live without the bookmark feature). I've used Opera in the past and was less than impressed by it. There are still a few rough edges on FireFox that I'm sure will get squared away, but I'm gonna have
some one email me a notifier a few days ago, so I guess it is possible on DX
This was the first time I voted Republican for a president. I couldn't see Kerry as president, nor could I see him fixing anything Bush did or didn't do. Kerry was good at telling me what Bush did wrong, but I knew that already. Bush seemed to me the better candidate, already in office, and I know his mistakes and sadly so does he (I hope). With half the country voting for Kerry, I hope that he sees that he needs to be more direct abo
I need some candy right now. I really do!!!
I wonder what this means if Bush is the winner? any changes or the same old same old and what about this vote turn out? How many more people voted? Who didn't? and is hollywood going to complaint even thought the people who they were suppossed to inspire didn't leave the house for over 12 hours (in some states 16) to go vote. All I can say is, don't complain if you didn't vote. Don't comlain if you don't write your senator (because you didn't vote) Who ever wi
Man!!! I can use this thing to update articles on my own website (not just my web logs)!!! I am going to try to intergrate this with MSAccess so I can have my website published without all the hassle of looking at code. All I have to do is upload it from my computer. This will make it easier for me to keep sites updated as well as my blogs. YEAH!!!! (I think that is what Dreamweaver does, but why buy a program when you can make one using VB, C++ and Access or MySQL? <img
Ok, I will give it a shot. sof far so bad. I don't know javascript to well. self taught
Spinach and cheese... Back on topic: I think having IM skins hosted here just would be lame. I don't see it working at all unless its a really popular IM client. And I don't mean popular as in how many downloads or active users, I mean popular with skinners to skin and users who apreciate skins for the software. I don't think AIM has that. Strangly thought, MSN is getting
I guess I should open SDC and see what is up.
You know, I haven't opened SDC in a few weeks. That is great that someone took up the challenge to update those skins. That is a lot of work right there. Believe me, I am still trying to update Treetog's Plave Skins suite. /me give Koasati <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/bigsmile.gi
I have a blog on Blog Navigator (free version) on JoeUser if anyone would like to see it. I think I will update it in a few days because I noticed some more free features (I'm going to try to make a mini-user manual) Blog Navigator and Pluck: How to use both to your advantage http://jtb-development.joeuser.com/index.asp?AID=25221 Also take a look at SkinStudio's Blog Navigator Feature Tour: Part I http://adam.joeuser.com/articles.asp?AID=12603 (One of
Hey, I should know this but, where exactly do you get upgrades to Blog navagator Pro? I bought it aready and I know I get a year of upgrades but where do you get these uploads? By the way: Anybody thinking about blogging or those who do now, get this software. Its really good. To me, the biggest and bestest feature is the blog archiving of blogs and webpages you view. If your into creating your own knowledge base for looking for stuff, this is it people!!! The future WILL b
oh ok. thanks!!!
wait, I thought of a better way to explain this. {Original Window} [pop-up window] from {Original Window} [clicks in the pop-up window] control what is viewed in {the original window} I know I saw it done somewhere... base target maybe? "window name" using javascript? Name self something???
oh no, not the pop-up window being named, I mean the name of the home page. For example, Wincustomize has it set such that if you click on a nickname, a new window appears... but THIS IS what I want: When you click on "Click to View Author's Skins", the main window goes to the skinners uploads. Its like the window itself has a name to refer back to. When I refer to the main window, I mean it is th window you are already in and been browsing through before you
AIM??? I like Yahoo! IM better... even though I use MSN Messenger with Messenger Plus. Anyway, IM themes don't seem to work to well on here from what I gather. ICQ Plus, I read somewhere, doesn't get too much skin uploads or attention. That XFire IM client seems cool, but I don't play on-line games like that. I have to admit, I seen Yahoo! on my friends computer and it has allot of cool features but I will plobably stick with MSN Plus until Google comes out
they did? cool.
I am trying to find a way, simply, to have a window name itself when it loads. For example, the home page, I want the home page to name itself, say "homepage" so that when the user opens a second window, the user can control the original window the pop-up window came from. Is that an on load function? Is that a javascript or just regular html code. anybody got a solution? Thanks!
how did you know??? well I've been up all night working on my projects I gave myself to do. didn't wash a thing!!!
still sucks... I'll keep my version 8 with everything included. I didn't ven bother to read the details of the new version and what it does better or different.
I thought Style XP didn't work anymore? SP2 and stuff right? Went to check recenty but I didn't out in the time to look at the forums to see if the program still works on Windows XP SP2.
Its too ealry in NYC for this... Group Hug!
