Yeah, exactly. If it's confusing for me, having been around the site for years now, I can definately see how it could confuse newcomers. All that's really needed is a Add-on pack option in the IP section. That way people know that it is an add-on icon pack and not an IP package.

Alternatively, you could make it bigger by right-clicking on it, unlocking it and dragging from the resize bar to the desired height/width. You might need to fool around and drag the different toolbars around on it ( quick launch, links, etc ) to get the desired effect but you can end up with a nice taskbar. I used to use plain IE but I grew to like the new tabbed interfaces some new browsers came with, so when I came across MyIE2 ( which is now known as Maxthon ) I stuck with it. For me, if the skin I'm working on is a skin I'm really into and like a lot, it can take from as little as a couple of weeks. Mostly though it takes me around a month or more to fully complete a skin. But I'm kind of a perfectionist so everything has to be done how I want before I release it, that could be another reason why it takes me so long. I'm sure if I really put my head down and tried, I could make a complete skin in less than a week. I'm not willing to try that at this point thou

I tend to agree with Mike, Styl. It more than slightly reminded me of the TSF site and as Mike pointed out TSF is more than likely to see the similarities and be inclined to do something about it.
