This is actually a suite that uses Theme Manager OEM. You may want to try selecting xp desktop and then another theme again.
But does CCleaner changes babies dirty diapers?
In response to the person that could not get it to run, Neil should look at the current programming of Window Blinds for Vista and make everyones installation say that they have to reboot before using WindowBlinds. Its not prompting people to do this. If you try and use it before rebooting, you cant get it to work period and you have to uninstall and reinstall from scratch.
As usual, it pays to be an Object Desktop Subscriber
I'm sure a lot of you got Windows Vista when it came out. But what about your games? Are they a throw-away because you think they will not work. The best thing you can do is try it first. Windows Vista has a built in mechanism to check for faults. If you try and run a game and it does not work as intended., Vista intercepts the problem, asks you if it ran correctly, i

I found this interesting read on Slashdot. Maybe some of you heard about it. Maybe some of you did not. It reads the following: "Nvidia is facing a class action lawsuit for false advertising by not providing stable working drivers for Vista. Nvidia has been accused of closing threads on Nvidia's forum and banning users that request a response from Nvidia, post that their Nvidia hardware does not work under Vista, post that Nvidia software does not work under Vista, post that Nvidia i
Stardock is a very generous and professional company
Well for one thing , Intel hardware does not support pixel shading or a good portion of hardware acceleration features that you would find on actual DX9 cards... Its just the way vista handles drivers differently would be my guess.
It is my understanding that if you base your work off of someone elses work, you have to get their permission to upload it, and once permission is granted, you need to upload it as a zip file with the permission.txt file inside the zip. Thats how it works from what I recall..
Windows Vista now warns if you try and install 2 at once.
Just the right click menus. All other menus function normally.
Heres another bug. Black right click menus..
Do you reccomend any Vista type skins that wont break?
it and it works fine. The Vista drivers from MS Update I installed on my machine didnt produce any sound. But the new one posted up worked.
Uninstall what you have and reinstall the latest from Stardock Central.
I get this behavior too. You can see chinese/korean characters too when you try and update the forum threads in the application. Its getting overly annoying now as I counted 3 days that its been happening. It happened on the switch to vista. Tomorrow ill SS it. Oh and btw, its not letting you enter serial numbers either. when you click on a product, the dialog to enter your key doesnt come up. Its like the button press is useless.
Seems like any skin using a template like this, or similar to it will produce the graphical errors seen above.
This is a strange one. The issue is replicated better on another skin other then arrow.
It probably works in the WinTV 2000 application.
Today Hauppauge Computer Works UK have released a new CD image version 5.9g for their Analog TV Tuner products and even includes support for more recent analog tv tuners under Windows Vista. Even though this comes from the UK site, these drivers are generally universal. I now can finally enjoy my WinTV Go Plus! TV Tuner on Vista Home Basic. To view which products are compatible in this new driver release go here: WWW Link</
Yeah, well windowblinds isn't working for me on Vista.... I get windows classic interface whenever I try to apply themes. Which version of WindowBlinds are you using? 5.5 betas work. Here is the proper procedure I used to get this to work. It happened to me too. Install WB. When its done installing, it tells you so. press "ok"<br
What can I say... if you use skins such as dreamland... and then point to the minimize , maximize and close buttons, it looks like as if elements of Windows Aero try and appear over it.! On Mike Bryants Arrow skin, the start menu is wrong, and aero is trying to pop through. Hmm maybe microsoft did this on purpose to get us to upgrade to premium to have glassy effects? I DONT THINK SO! Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 3<br/
Stardock Central needs some additional testing on vista too after the funky behavior I saw on it earlier.
