Theres another problem. The Wincustomize Browser, and the Browse Skins feature of SD Central do not work on Windows Vista Home Basic. All I get is chinese/korean characters when its trying to update. I try to do a hard refresh, it says updating, and displays those characters next to the word updating. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the problem is still there.

Island Dog, I know in my blog I said I wasnt going to give in, but I had to. I bought the Vista Home Basic Upgrade. I had a real bitch of a time installing it too. I had to reinstall XP first, and then upgrade to Vista after xp installation to eliminate other problems I had. It was frustrating, but it seems to be stable and up and running now. Maybe you are hyped up about the new Windows Vista. In fact I am pretty hyped up about it too. Lots of new features they are throwing at us. But come on now. Be honest. Are a majority of you upgrading because of the most talked about features, Aero, and Windows Flip 3D? Are those 2 features really worth the price to upgrade? Absolutely Not! Well... the Wincustomize Gallery Button issue is back... It says page cannot be displayed everytime I click the Gallery Button. I understand this is a new site and all, but maybe the old site might of been a good idea for a little while longer while the team responsible for WC2K7 worked out the bugs further. Update - Some other buttons are broken and give 404.

Its a little slow sometime to use SD Central or the WCB to browse the forums. Plus the horrendous amount of CPU usuage during a skin library update.. I use the website to browse the forums as it seems quicker for me. Even tho im on cable..
