I just couldnt scroll upwards in the tech-list when selecting what to research. Only saw 4 entries, but knew there was more. Had to save, and reload the game to be able to see 'em all.

I just got free ships from a AI player to aid me in the war against Drengin. Wow. Glad. Nery nice feature guys.
When I launched GalCiv again everything worked. Havent seen it since. And it was on the tiny map, so it shoulndt be thet the name-list is too small.
Exactly. And now I had the same with invasion screen and research completed screen. I hit turn, up comes the invasion screen and the other screen.
Yeah, sure - when I load it right after I start GalCiv.
Ehhh, Ive always taken the "yes" option in the voting but today I tested "no". Seems like all the other races follow the terrans voting :) Only sort of placeholder until the AI voting logic is in place?
Then it's ALTGR+2
ALT+numpad64 is the workaround we use in GalCiv
Ummm what happens if I trade a "leased" ship? Makes me wonder who pay for it? :)
Hrrmmm. I can write the @ sign in any other apps, just not LWN or GalCiv. Pressing ALTGR+2, where the sign is on our keyboards, just dont result in any sign at all in those two games..
Didnt get the error with the previous build tho, but then, alot is changed so it may be hard to find I guess
Not that kind of trade- The "speak-to trade" where one can trade ships, systems, money, research, whatever.
Umm it was by invasion. Could be worth checking out anyway, altho I could very well be the next target on their list..
My game: drengin are at war with torian. I'm at peace with everyone. Torian have one single system. If I take that one, drengin attacks me. Bug or feature?
Where does it put the .cra-files? Cant find it. Had a crash when I clicked on a freighter in the little shiplist-box when main map was open. That freighter should be killed by drengin or already have established a route. Anyway, tried to submit it to stardock with the send feature of the new smartexception, but it doesnt seem to have proxy-support, so it failed. And now I cant find the report on my harddrive. Posting the content of my debug.err instead: Debug Messa
Happens almost all the time when I load a game from inside a game.
When pressing ALT+F4 to quit (as I usually do) I get the "Microsoft Visual C++ debug error message"
I just got a gnn message over invasion screen after pressing turn (autoturn off). Looks messy. Wasnt me invading btw :)....
Ah, no - I made a new installation, deleted the old galciv-dir completely. so there were no old saves. only new made ones.
Duh. Why didnt I think of that. Me stupid :)
Got the debug message, windows dialog box - abort, ignore and something. and then out to desktop with this in my debug.err Occured both when loading from the main menu and from the options menu Debug Message: Error. Bad Memory. Debug Message: Error. Bad Memory. Debug Message: Error. Bad Memory. Debug Message: Error. Bad Memory.
Was a whilce since I played, but gosh - the game is looking very good now. graphicly I mean. And I know it's only gonna get better, got much time to polish further. Good work guys!!!!!
1. One can trade ships and stuff with alien races without universal translator 2. Screen gets corrupted when hittin esc in the "speak-to" screen to bring up the options.
I'd like to see two more alignment types on the scale, like: Good - ??? - Neutral - ??? - Evil No idea what to call em tho.
