I thought I didn't see the option either, but if you look just to the right of the hue bar (left side), there's a little icon with three colored squares. If you click on that, you'll see the advanced color options. (at least that worked for me (also with the latest build)).
Worked right off the bat for me, moved the skins and all Seems like it's working quite nicely. My only question is are we going to get our command prompt skinning back soon? It's something I use quite frequently, and it's pretty ugly right now (if nothing else, let it stay Aero when excluded, right now, even excluded, it still uses the old classic style window frame).
If an employer wants to place specific (or general) restrictions on what an employee does during work hours, I'm not particularly concerned about that, that would go with the job. From what I've heard (read) even Apple had to accept locking to get some of the features it wanted (visual voicemail for one). Which is part of the problem. There's no *good* reason for locking phones to a particular provider. There's the argument for subsidized phones, but the contract can handle that part, whether the phone is locked or not.
