As for my number 3 (button animation), on the object bar I'm running, when an app is closed (only one or last member of a group), the remaining buttons shuffle themselves around on the taskbar. This does sound quite cool. Even though I tend to use KVM's, I would imagine that being able to see all the environments (on each monitor), would be quite useful as well. The only thing that I see as a minor shortcoming (at least for the way I use my PCs) is lack of support for unix flavored boxes. For me, controlling the diet is harder than the working out. My workout is a mixture of Martial Arts (4 years of wushu), and weight training and cardio. Total of about 15 hours a week on average for it all. I'm still using the RC1 version of firefox, and I can see your flash items on all your pages except the home page. From a view source, it looks like your home page embed tags aren't closed. They appear to be correct on the other pages, though. I think firefox is more picky about the tags. Good luck!

I found a minor bug with using SDCentral to get these. When you &#115elect the icons to install, and install them, they install correctly in the base directory specified in the register dialog, but SDCentral doesn't remember between sessions (or even between refreshes) that they've been installed. paxx, you should be able to run this as a scheduled task in the scheduler. Use the add scheduled task wizard and once you've &#115elected the program and the schedule, you should have a dialog that asks you for the username and password, you can enter the admin info here, and it will run as that user. I'm guessing that the auto update is an application that can be run, not a function of another application.

WFX applies transparency to the whole window, not just the borders and titlebar, as Brad is suggesting. Nice enough in its own way, but not the same thing. I like the idea of having the option of transparent border for WB, just because it's there, doesn't mean it has to be used on everything (and I doubt that it's going to be used on every skin).

I'd definitely like to see WFX do shadows better (properly shaped real time shadows, especially). Not that I want to get rid of the current style of shadows, there's some room for cool effects in that area as well (there's some Aero look shadows out there that look really cool). I'd love to see titlebar and border transparency for WB also. Well, CBS has gone from claiming the memos are authentic to claiming that they're 'accurate'. It's pretty sad (and kind of amusing) to watch them self-destruct like this. There's now even some statements that CBS was told even before they aired this information that it was suspect. It's bad enough to run with questionable supporting data for a story, it's even worse for them to continue to cling to their position in the face of what could only be termed overwhelming evidence.
