I don't think that's a WindowBlinds skin. I suspect it's for msstyles. You could email Carl Smith and ask.

The "O" is for observer, GodsGift, and I do believe the acronym came from AirWolf, or Blue Thunder, or one of those movies.
Just for the record, the icon creating/editing features are moving out of SkinStudio and into a new Stardock program called IconDeveloper, which is also available in beta on ObjectDesktop. I've used it, I like it alot, and aside from Photoshop, it was the only tool I needed to make icons. It works just as the others were described above. You import a big PNG file (or an entire directory of them) and it makes all the sizes for you. You can tweak a few things while looking at pre
Hehe, I'm not the developer, I'm just an enthusiastic user. Furan at Stardock is the developer. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer, but you'll probably find help in the PocketBlinds newsgroup. news://news.stardock.com <img src="http://images.stardock.com/imag
Make the bitmaps indexed color and save them as 8bit bmps. That should do it.
Add a new titlebar button of any type (close, for example). Then, in that button's attributes, under the Actions section, change Action to "Rollup / Unroll window".
I wish I'd brought my DVD to work with me so I could review some of this stuff.
I don't think it's a sub-matrix really. We know that our brains basically function as a series of electrical impulses, much like computers. I think Smith was able to overwrite this man's consciousness with his own via the organic-electrical circuitry that is our brains. Just like free people who die in the Matrix also die in the real world (because their minds make it real), Smith was able infiltrate this man's mind in the Matrix and make it real. He can't change the man's appearance in the r
This is definately the most current version, but the files on this site and at deviantArt should be current as well. http://www.skinplant.com/library.cfm?lib=1&skinid=119 If the shellstyle panes are getting skinned, then you must already have this version. I never released one with just the shellstyle panes and no logoff window. I would try deleting the skin and reinstalling it. I'm glad you like it. <
Try emailing Jark at DA. http://jark.deviantart.com/ He should be able to verfiy that your a subscriber and possibly send you the skin.
Hehe, Stumpy. No, it's not possible! Voo, cats and dogs have been extinct for for a long time. The machines didn't hook them up to the Matrix, just humans. Paxx: I believe the scene where Smith enters the real world is the one where he takes over the body of a "free" man (I forget his name, Zane m
My first guess would be that you're using skins in which the author didn't include the playlist, so WinAmp uses the default look instead. [Message Edited]
Older skins would have shown a skinned cancel button on an unskinned logoff window, because older versions of WB didn't have a place to add an image for the logoff window. Colony, however, is up to date with WB4 and should be skinning everything. Do the shellstyle panes on the left side of folder windows get skinned? I did make Colony for WB3 orginially, but then I updated it for WB4. Maybe you still have the old version. /me scratches his head and thinks about this a little more
IconPackager will change the size of all your icons, not just the desktop ones. WindowFX also has an option to change the size of only your desktop icons, but it doesn't give you the other cool icon effects that IconX will.
I agree. I wouldn't be very happy if someone decided to change their nick to M1keB314.
IconX is part of DesktopX. It allows you to apply transparency and zooming effects to your desktop icons, as well as hide the icon's text and other features.
webgizmos, it sounds like you have the right version of WB. What skin are you using? Skins made before WindowBlinds 4 won't have those parts skinned.
GreenReaper wrote a great article on what makes a good skin. http://www.zen9361.zen.co.uk/mgs/index.html
#4 by CrazyWillis5.0 - 10/14/2003 10:57:26 PM Which do I change? In the Common Dialogs section of TweakUI, select "Custom places bar" and set the last item in the places bar to "none". Then adjust the remaining 4 to whatever shortcuts are most useful to you.
Arcana, just open up any other skin on your computer in SkinStudio and see what those images look like. As far as seeing it in action, it should appear whether you've skinned it or not. WindowBlinds uses your normal menu background and menu items by default if you don't skin it. You have to open a lot of windows before grouping will occur though. Try opening lots of different kinds of windows until your taskbar is full, then open as many IE windows as you need to until they become grouped. <
I have removed one of the icons instead. The 4 remaining ones fit fine at 48x48. I used the TweakUI PowerToy from Microsoft. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/home/downloads/powertoys.asp Among other things, it allows you to customize which icons appear there and how many. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/s
No, the only way to change your description is to update it. You don't have to resubmit the preview or the file though. If you leave them alone, the exisiting preview and skin file will remain.
It's just an example of what can be done. I don't think it serves any purpose other than that.
All the skins are ports from WindowBlinds authors here at WinCustomize. I was very pleased to see the authors were prominantly credited and permission was included with all the skins.
SkinStudio can't open them directly. You have to start a new one using the default template. You create the skin in SkinStudio as a Universal Skin Format skin. Then, when you want to test it, you export it as a WMP skin.
