In that case, all you needed to do was rename the .zip to .ip, and double click it to install. A complete icon package has an .ip extension, and is simply a renamed .zip, with a .icl and .iptheme inside it. If you don't feel like renaming it, you can leave it as a .zip, and use IconPackager to browse for the zip file. That was a lot of file extensions. I hope that makes sense.

It depends on who I'm talking to. Most of the time I pronounce it "gooey", but when explaining it to my mother, for example, it's "G. U. I." I would have to say I've found D-Reliction most usable. It's the kind of skin I could immediatley use when I installed it. I didn't have to hunt for any buttons or wonder "what does this do?". My only problem is that I spend an hour checking out all the color themes. :)

For the record, Photoshop CS cannot save TGA format with the alpha channel. That means no transparency, which makes the format seemingly useless with CS. That's why I've stuck with PS7.

Consider this... As a stand-alone product, WFX sells for $20. If Stardock bundled it with WB, they would have to double the price of WB. This would be a major turn-off to people who simply want to skin their OS. Also, WindowBlinds has&nbspgone through painstaking development to make it compatible with all versions of Windows, and systems with relatively low resources. Skinplant only provided the WindowBlinds skins for these mini-suites. The wallpapers and icon packages were created by Stardock. Perhaps they would be willing to package them up and sell them separately for those who don't wish to buy the WB skins&nbspagain. As Hippy said, this was quite unintentional and will not happen again. It has been an unfortunate side-effect of switching from our old store model&nbspto Stardock's.

I just tried to download both versions and they both cancel each other out. Is there any way to stop that from happening? If you have SkinStudio, install one version, then open it with SkinStudio, then go to File -> Save as... and give it a new name. Then install the other one, and you'll have both.
