If you used any graphics that are not your own, like the X-Box logo, or bits from existing X-Box skins, you need permission to use those. It sounds like your copying the Moby application to your Startup folder rather than a shorcut to it. Right-click the program, choose Create shortcut, then drag that to your Startup folder. MrGupps, they may have been rejected. What kind of skins were they? If you upload a wallpaper, you will get an email if it is accepted. With most other skins, you will usually get an email if it is rejected.
