redwolfmf: If you purchased Stardock software, you simply need to cross reference your Wincustomize account with your Stardock account. Click on the "Edit Account" link at the top of any page, then click the "Cross Reference with your Stardock Account" link on the page that opens. Paying customers are not locked out of the libraries. So, the only people who should be complaining are those who have contributed nothing or purchased nothing. <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?C

The initial rating on a skin comes from the moderator who approved it. After that, users rate them. Some members have automatic submission privlages, meaning thier uploads are not moderated. Thier skins are given a rating of 6 by default, then users rate them. Skins remain on the site forever, unless the author chooses to delete them. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle"

It actually does nothing of the sort. People should describe what transition effects do when they upload them. I don't think a true genie effect has been created yet, but it's only a matter of time before somebody comes up with one.

That is correct. Made in Medellín and all of his uploads were removed from this site. If I remember correctly, a lot of his graphics were ripped from this skin: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?Library=1&skinid=2623 Maybe you'd like that one.

Are you running ObjectBar as well? I was having a similar issue when I had ObjectBar and ObjectDeck both set to hide the taskbar. I turned that option off on ObjectBar and left it on only in ObjectDock and that solved my problem.

I use it every day. It is part of ObjectDesktop, but unlike most of the programs, it is not independantly skinnable. It gets skinned by WindowBlinds instead. I've only seen screenshots of Workshelf, but it does look very similar. I run dual monitors at work and keep TabLaunchPad on my second monitor along with Outlook, WinAmp, and SysMetrix. That way I can keep my main monitor clear for work space. <img src="http://imag

Thanks you, Swtnssss. I appreciate this. Many skins have been moderated for this reason, but sometimes a few can slip through the cracks. It is important for us to hold everyone to the same standard, and we do our best to do so.

Please tell us which skins you are referring too. I find the Star Wars XP: Sith skin questionable myself, but what others are there? Many skins have been moderated for this reason. If there are others that were missed, I'd like to know about them. Thanks.

Lecrayon: You did have a 6 to start with. Maybe it was a 5, but definately not any lower. I approved blue blood saturation myself. User ratings brought it down to a 3. As for whether it would have a 3 if it were uploaded by one of the "big names", I think so. It's not terribly innovative, as you often note of other skins, and it does not appear that a lot skill or effort went into it. But more to the point, one of the "big names" here would not have created that skin. How can you rant a

https://www.wincustomize.com/msgboard.asp?BID=WC&id=85380 Here's the important part: "by JourneyMan pjpowell - 12/17/2002 10:33:19 AM The problem is a Microsoft bug which was even present in the beta of XP. You can check this by installing XP (without installing WB) and setting the theme to Luna. Then resize the taskbar to double height. Now change to classic and the bar will drop to single height again. There are workarounds which involve putting another toolbar on

WindowBlinds can only skin your taskbar and start menu if your running Windows XP. If you're using an older version of Windows, you might want to try using ObjectBar https://www.stardock.com/products/objectbar/ along with WindowBlinds. It has the ability to import the XP taskbar and start menu from any WindowBlinds skin that contains them, and apply them to older versions of Windows. <img src="http://images.stardock.com

Sorry, Clooneyslave. Manipulating someone else's picture or graphics and uploading it is still considered stealing. You are welcome to make "fan art" for your own use, but you cannot upload it without permission from the owner of the original photo.
