Greetings everyone! We're back from the July 4th holiday and have a new build of Ashes for you to try. This update has two new features: Crash reporting: Crashes will now be automagically reported to us. Multiplayer Matchmaking Improvement: Multiplayer now validates that players are using the same version of the game. Those using different versions won't even show up in the player lobby now - should help prevent sync issues. <

This is really weird. Try this - navigate to where Steam installed the game and you should see a folder named _CommonRedist (or something like that). Run the installers you find in there to refresh the VC++ redists for 32- and 64-bit, etc. See if that works.

@oglfireshot - You should be good. Probably won't run maxed out (not sure that's actually possible without some ungodly amount of VRAM), but it'll look great regardless. @Akula_ - You may have some perf issues with that video card in DX11.

1) Good idea! 2 / 3) The current art is placeholder. We were actually talking about this subject today. :) 4) Tier 3 units do have this, but there's no real control over it at present (just fires off when it can). More refinements are coming, though! 5) Also planned for Tier 3 units; still in the early design stage. 6) We'll see how this shakes out based on the speed conversations. 7) Unit stances are being worked on, so this is coming.

I wouldn't say you're wrong; we just haven't started scaling up yet. It's certainly something we're aware of and working on.
