Great job on posting the fix. This is the problem and the hassle of installing visual styles in vista. With Xp it was easy and programs like StyleXp got very popular, but because there are so many files that deal with different aspects of the theme, Style Xp just faded out i guess. I occasionally pop in a visual style if i find one i really like and end up changing a lot of systems files. (speaking of which i have one on right now) Always create a restore point

This is why I always look for options to disable during install. Years ago, when I was using StyleXp I would discover themexp.org packaged ad-ware in with the themes. Even adobe packages google/yahoo toolbar with Reader. So be careful and look for surprises when you install software (especially with new software companies for they look for alternate sources of income).

ChewySolo, is that a multi-monitor screenshot there, if so you might be interested in "Ultramon". The program allows you to assign walls to each monitor or to all the monitors and add taskbars to the other monitors. There are some issues with it but nothing that can't be over looked. Oh I would suggest a requirement on what the actual finished product is... I would hate to see 5 team members all working on a Windowblind and that's it.. though i am sure they would see the redundancy in that. Though as my ex would always say "hey, you never know".
and how come there was an edit button after this post and not my others?
My concerns would be how to avoid this becoming one of those elitist issues we've been accused of in the past.
I could see tghis being an issue... I say go for it, See what happens and adjust the rules from there on. I think Lantec has the right idea. Especially on the team size issue.
Hmmmm...I've got to disagree with your math there! 37% voted in favor of it (great + good) 31% voted against it (bad + terrible) and 32% said it was OK, which I define as something I dont like, but dont hate either..."Satisfactory" I wouldnt call that "easily the majority of the voting community in favor of the new plan" That's just 37% that actually like the changes and 63% that are either "OK" or dissatisfied with it! Isn't it setting the bar a little low to include the 32% OK's with th
