If I understand what you are saying,I think I have had this problem before when I had 98, and each time I have never been able to figure out the cause, but, this is what has always worked for me: 1. Get the 98 CD, and insert into your CD drive. 2. Browse for the Setup.exe on your CD drive. 3. Reinstall Windows. This won't result in anyloss of file, but instead will just repair your system files. 4. Voila! Internet Explorer should work.

By "win theme with sourch in warcraft3" do you mean a WindowBlinds skin based on the Warcraft3 game? If so, you could use SkinStudio to create the theme. It can be found here: http://www.skinstudio.net . BUT because of copyright issues, you would not be able to oupload the theme, but only use it for your personal use. I hope that makes sense.

The Deer Hunters One day at the beginning of the deer hunting season, Chuck was out in the woods with his friend, both their rifles loaded, looking for some game. Then, out of nowhere, a man runs right through their range of fire in a bright orange vest, waving his arms, yelling, "I'm not a deer, I'm not a deer!!!" repeatedly.
