I realise that this thread is similar to the thread started by joetheblow, but I felt that I was slightly changing the direction of the thread, which I didn't want to do. So, um, why is it that I don't have access to the Mud site theme? Do I need to be a Wincustomize Subscriber? Once again, I am sorry if I am sounding really dense.

I find it very helpful to start up the computer in Safe Mode before running Defrag. That way, no programs are running in the background.
