There is a seperate section for the clock that you have to set. I don't think you can set the font on the start panel though.

I'm a tad rusty but I seem to recall it being done by changing the content margins for either the User Pane or User Pic. However, I just tried both and neither seems to work. Has it been changed or am I just was beyond being rusty?
I had a lot of issues using 3.5 with skins made for 4 also. You can just use MS Paint and import the images into cursor XP. That's what I used to make the simple cursor xp sets i made.
As I've pointed out before, we should all keep in mind that each person here may have different motivations for skinning. Just because one person deems their motive more "noble" than the rest, doesn't necessarily make it so. Sone skinners do what they do for "fame" and notoriety with in the community. Some do it just because it's fun. Some may even do it out of sheer boredom (at the time) and not having anything else to do. Some skin and "share" their work with us only as a means to advance
