I tried it almost 10 times and it never worked, then I changed my email address (to yahoo) here and in component manager and tried it and it finally worked. I then changed both back to my regular email. I remember reading a post by karmagirl how certain ISPs were blocking email from stardock because they thought it was spam.

Tarkus - You have your facts backwards regarding MLB players prior to 1974. Before 1974 players had no rights whatsoever. Team owners basically owned the rights to their players for life. That's why prior to that time, you could easily identify who played for what team, because a group of players would often stay together for their entire career. As much as it bothers everyone when someone complains about the download cap, it bothers and saddens me more to see the wolf pack mentality of the people attacking them. I admit that I've fallen into a "rut" and and have had a hard time coming up with original ideas for skins. Therefore, I've decided that unless I can make a skin that will truly "wow" myself and others, there's no need to make it. Which "section" of the copyright "laws" deal specifically with screenshots of Windowblinds skins? Probably none, therefore this definitely would be an area that would require some interpretation.
The way that I found easiest when I first started was simply creating a default luna skin in skinstudio and replacing images with my own. You may even find it easier starting out by keeping the images that you create the exact same size as the default ones. It's pretty easy to get discouraged at first, but if you keep plugging away it will come to you eventually.
Yes, that does make it appealing. I doubt I'll ever get into skinning anything else than WB though. I just don't have enough time to skin as much as I'd like. Aleksyander is finally getting into skinning some other apps though.
It's amazed me how popular that particular theme has become. I checked it out a while ago and it doesn't do too much for me. There are quite a few WB skins with a similar look and feel already...some by aleksyander and myself.
I use it and Wb about 50/50. Obviously there are many, many more Wb skins available, but there are a few msstyles that I love and must use regularly.

It's been established for a while at this site that people will download anything with XP or Windows on it, or in the title. That's probably why there are so many skins with "XP" in the title, that don't have anything to do with XP. You could title something "XP Crap" and it would probably get thousands of downloads.
It is certainly one of the truly classic WB skins. I still use it quite often.
In that case I'm sure it's an issue with the skin itself and not with UIS1 and WB 3.3.
