Another suggestion; why not make it that skins with 1 star or less won't be included in the download stats? Alternatively: Skins with 1 star or less will be automatically moved to the personal gallery after (three?) days. That way "newbies" get a chance to get their skins out there and receive comments by their peers. If their first skin is crap it will disappear quickly and not get many downloads, but they will be able to either improve the same skin or take the comments into

I know that it won't solve the cause of your problems, but until it is fixed: Have you thought of using a proggie like "unlocker" (it's freeware)? I have been running this on my XP-machine successfully for a while now. It even tells you exactly which program holds on to an "undeletable" file.

Doesn't x64 mean any 64-bit system? I always thought that in this case this refers to XP64 and not Vista64. The IP-Homepage still says Vista 32bit only? In any case, I noticed that the History-file on SDC isn't up to date. It still shows the changes in 3.19g RC instead of 3.20.128.....

I'm having some pretty strange problems with Iconpackager and Windowblinds on Vista x64. According to the History-file, IconPackager is not yet cleared for Vista64 (not even in Beta, unless I missed something...) ....I guess we have to be a bit more patient, sigh.....

It initially worked on Vista64, but the last upgrade must have broken something. At least it doesn't work on my Vista64 anymore. I don't know whether this problem has been solve or not.

I have to admit, I thought I didn't miss WindowBlinds. Really, after switching to Vista64 earlier this year I thought that Aero looked cool and that I didn't really feel the need to customize my desktop anymore. And I didn't! The longer it took for WB to get Vista64 ready, the less I missed it. When yesterday I noticed that the newest update to WB included V64 compatibility, I thought hard whether I really wanted to install it or not. Did I really need it? Would it mess with my system?

I would love to see if widgets would have the ability to use the current WindowBlind skin. I am not sure how hard it would be to implement, but it would make changing the overall-look of your desktop much easier. In addition to that, having lots of skins for different Widgets would then be the ideal combination and would certainly give the people the freedom to customize their desktop individually.
