I agree with Lantecs opinion. I think what happens is that OD tries to find your Windows on drive C (where 99.9999999 percent of people would have it). Hmmmm, have you tried to uninstall > reboot > reinstall Windowblinds? StyleXP can do some strange things to your computer, since it hacks your system files.... I think this is normal, but I am not sure. The only thing I know is that it happens on my system as well. The file-types icons do change if I use the browse feature from within Word, but folder-icons stay in their orignial windows form. ...maybe someone else can confirm this? <
Actually, if the dock entry name is set to display on mouse over, then it does display all characters. Which version of Theme Manager do you use? Did you download it just recently (within the last week) or a couple of weeks ago? Older versions of Theme Manager had problems downloading and installing suites due to the suites being moved to another server (which caused the URL's in Theme Manager to be wrong). If you download something from the OD library that isn't *.docktheme then unzip it: if the unzipped folder contains one ore more *.png files then move this folder into your ObjectDock directory and apply/change the icons by right-clicking on your dock-shortcuts > dock entry properties > change image. If the folder contains a couple of *.png files plus one file called background.ini then move this folder in your ObjectDock\Background directory

Have you tried and added Outlook to the per-application list? I don't exactly know the meaning of the word per (except that it is the skandinavian form of Peter ), but I think the per application list is the list of programs you don't want WindowBlinds to skin. Right-click on your WindowBlinds Icon in the Systray > Configure WindowBlinds > Per Application
