I'll keep an eye out for this but I've definately never seen that happen before, and this is the first time that's been reported.

Because it's a beta build, and it reminds people that they should go look for a stable build or a new beta build, rather than continue to use something that may have bugs in it.
Ok the link issue should be fixed. I've been hitting my head against the wall for three days trying to find the error in my regular expression, turns out that I forgot to tell the dialog that it needs to wrap quotes around the url in the [ link= opening tag. I love it when I force my dialogs to not adhere to my own bbcode rules. I really have to get some kind of a legend going for that...
Corky_O, I can't reproduce the same problem in Reply #21 using your directions. I'm still working on 'Issue #2'.
Same 10 people clicking the download button 20 million times... I'll not switch until they learn a lesson in consistancy.
Hrm. Ok. I'll have a look.
Just a note. Updated the build, the post and the download link to fix a problem with using the popout window feature. If you downloaded 0.8 then get 0.8.1!
Fairry, you probably want to post that issue as a new post and not under the * Forum Bug Thread*. The forums run a completely different codebase from the rest of the wincustomize website. Fuzzy, when you say 'I keep getting...' how often does that mean? We were doing several updates during the day yesterday...
CerebroJD - that has been resolved. Thanks.
Please post bugs or discussion of bugs on the Forum Bugs topic.
Every now and then I get a little free time, and put together some 1s and 0s into something useful. I originally wrote this for the members of an Aqua emulation forum as a Windows equivillent to Snapshooter for OSX, but figured I would share it around. I present to you RumShot 0.8.1 . (download link at bottom) PLEASE review the Rumshot Guide included in the download if you are new to the application or it's themes. A few things to note..
Clear your cache. Whenever there is an update announced that's the first thing you should do. Firefox is horrible when it comes to releasing cached stylesheets and javascript files.
I am pleased to announce that the editor(s) have been modified: Firefox no longer animates the Link or Img dialogs due to poor performance. Link dialog auto-focuses on the URL textbox Img dialog auto-focuses on the URL textbox Link dialog will now output [ link = (www address) ]WWW Link[ /link ]
Thanks, I'll forward this to Dean. He's our main man on WC
I've seen this reported a few times, but we've been unable to reproduce the problem. Best thing I can do at this point is to just keep an eye out.
Please specify what site(s) you are having logout problems with by listing their addresses (urls), and with what browser for each.
Have you seen the same behavior with other browsers?
It should be noted that IE7 is a beta product and it's behavior cannot be considered stable or predictable. I'm following the conversation thus far, but I'm pretty baffled by the pelethora of whacky errors PoSmedly is seeing on his machine.
If you're unable to log in and stay logged in then your browser is definately having an issue. What browser and version are you using? Have you tried IE ? Have you cleared your cache and/or cookies? (The metaverse doesnt use popups, so that shouldnt be an issue)
Apparently our database server ran out of log file space and this was affecting some game submissions. The issue should be corrected, however we're still recovering some data.
The clipping how it is shown in your screenshot is exactly how it's supposed to behave. Thanks though We're aware of the avatar issue with the background image. It's just not a high priority fix at the moment.
I'm sorry, I don't understand you. Can you reply rephrase?
Unsure about the opera issue. I'll keep thinking about it and see if I can come up with something to test.
1) assumption incorrect! 2) Dark-Star was supposed to have this fixed yesterday. I cannot reproduce locally, please try clearing cache. 3) Browser, Browser Version, Advanced or In-Post mode?
Glad you're liking them everyone Keep those suggestions coming!
