Reply to How do I make impulse chat work? in Demigod Demigod Forums

To identify whether it is a Demigod/Reactor issue is to see if the chat inside of Impulse works. If that works then there's a problem with the IRC inside of Impulse Reactor. However, if the chat inside Impulse (the client) does not work for you, then you have a router/ISP issue.

With all respect, I'd place my security more safely with the system engineers over the graphics guys, any day. I'd advise against stardock playing with UAC, if nothing else, to distance yourself. Think about it. You alter UAC, the machine gets infected, who's fault is it? MS or Stardock? Stardock IS a software company (System engineers). Galactic Civilizations II cracks the top 10 in sales in GalCiv II News GalCiv2 Forums

In various posts Brad (Frogboy) has said that there was no way Galactic Civilizations II could make the overall top 10 in PC games sales.
