I just tried watching it with three different blitting options chosen, and it seemed the DIB Section was the best looking. The other options i looked at were directdraw and the off screen video memory option. I have no idea if this helps you but if you want i have screenshots of the play summary's for each type. I got the most consistent high frame-rate with the DIB. oh and it was at 32 bit true-color if that matters.

component manager in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I have the dubious honor of having never been able to connect with the component manager since the new one came out. I want to try uninstalling and giving it another shot, since its been some time since i last tried and i ran a few cleanups on my pc. Where can i d/l the manager ?
