The manual is a module of the game in Stardock Central. Select The Political Machine in the Games section and you'll see it has 2 modules below the base game install.

I have checked the download link and it is there. Can you ping storage.stardock.com? Should return 66.54.81.22. If it doesn't, your DNS or the DNS servers for your ISP aren't so happy. You can also install Natural Desktop through Stardock Central. Tools / Register Products / Misc section, use the dropdown to &#115elect Natural Desktop and enter your serial there.

Bigpez, we will certainly work with you to try and eliminate your problems. Have you updated your NVidia drivers since you ran the dxdiag report that you posted on the 8th? The date for your driver listed in that dxdiag report is a year older than what NVidia has posted for their latest Windows 98 driver. If that's the case, your driver may be lacking support for some of the changes between DirectX 9.0b and DirectX 9.0c. Otherwise, it may be that it's having troub

I don't know if the hi-res BootSkin will ever see the light of day. If it does, it's liable to be loaded with&nbspdisclaimers because we just can't seem to find a happy place for all machines. It's not just the VESA implementations, there's something subtle going on with driver load order or initialization where even 2 people with the same video card could have different experiences.

I have emailed you with directions on how you can bypass the Safedisc elements with the 1.01 update. Which support could also have provided you with, bypassing some of the drama. I personally feel the Safedisc stuff was overkill, given that one can find a torrent of pretty much anything within hours of the release (or before). But, that was the publisher's decision to make.

It's a false positive. I've emailed Avast, but no word back from them yet. It's been scanned with Norton, McAfee, TrendMicro, EzTrust, and something else I can't recall right now. And it hasn't been updated in months, so its not like it "just" changed.

The "Handles" spelling is fixed in the included widgets and dxpacks, had made the screenshot and didn't catch it at the time. There's more goodies in the pipeline, not just from Paul. It's OEM versions of WindowBlinds, IconPackager, and ThemeManager&nbspthat require signed skins for use. If you already have Object Desktop, just install ThemeManager, WB, and IP like normal. Run the AlienGUIse installer and the .suite's should be installed for use with ThemeManager. The .suite's are renamed zip's, they have dirs with the icon packages, WindowBlinds visual style, and WMP skin inside them.

Maggot and department27, I have checked the files on the servers as well as doing both fresh and upgrade installs over 2.10a via Stardock Central. And the files are the new ones for 2.20. Could you please send me the .\sdcentral\installed\dx.log files so I can try and figure out what's going on with your machines? kwilas at stardock.com If you remove the DesktopX.exe file manually, SDC should want to download the whole rather than trying to update files.
