There must still be a link out there for 1.x. I've added v2 to your account.

The WinCustomize issue is something with ads we're trying to sort out with Google since yesterday. The crash report dll is fine, it's been in there for years. I don't know why it's suddenly yelling now, I use ESET as well. :(
The screenshots are in Documents\My Games\Elemental\Screenshots. Do you always see it (on every screen or only main map)? At different resolutions? Could you post the top bit of your debug.err from that Elemental dir above that has your driver information?
What spells were you using? What's your intelligence score? What are the stats on the monsters you were attacking?
Thank you, solidsmooky. We'll look into that one, but it won't be in the 1.07 hotfix that was just published (which fixed up some abilities for custom sovereigns).
It's not happening tonight. Hopefully earlier in the afternoon on Thursday. Good progress in testing against the fixes for the DirectX errors when alt-tabbing. Still working on some new cosmetic things from those fixes and a crash related to audio. Plus what's already set/fixed for the update.
This was corrected internally and should be set for the 1.07 update. ty.
Targeting having the 1.07 update out tonight, EST. Will post when it's available, no point in keeping looking every 30 min or the like until then.
Please note that any 1.06's patched with the above are going to start complaining on September 1st about an invalid patch being detected. I will see if we can't make 1.07 not complain about this when it's released Wednesday or Thursday (of this week). Kris
The encoding on the file got messed up(ANSI vs Unicode). It'll be fixed in the next update.
harpo, is that proxy at your ISP or something you are running? If its local to you, what’s it running?
We tried to maintain compatibility with the pre-1.06 save games, but some people were still having trouble. We are trying to keep that invalidation of previous saves to a minimum, but it didn't work out this time.

You've got a bunch of games under that account, but the Elemental order was flagged for sales to check. Please contact [email protected] to inquire further about the status there. It's quite possible it's the Beijing bit being sensitive.
We had hoped to retain compatibility (albeit with a warning). That didn't work out for some people, so we had to force all the previous ones to not load. The goal is to avoid that in the future.
The registration is on your account. If you're not seeing the game when you logon to Impulse, did you logon with another account than Drockmar? You can use the Detect Application option under the Impulse drop-down menu to point it at the directory where the game is installed and force it back into Impulse.
It's an error relating to the adding to Windows Games Explorer code. Did you have a previous beta installed? Was that beta uninstalled through Impulse or wiped manually? As you said, click through it, game will run fine.
It was an unintended side effect of turning off the beta access. It'll be fixed either later tonight or tomorrow morning and you'll be able to get the LE if you had a registration on your account from the beta already.
I expect it's debug log files in the ImpulseReactor subdirectory off that location. Please go ahead and remove it. It gets recreated on load. Kris
More clarification: is it working properly in XP, but not in the other dual-boot OS? What's the other OS?
It's my fault. I didn't push the beta update out to all the download servers last night. Try again now.
sumwar, login to Impulse and it'll hook up with the serial on your account automatically. You don't have to enter it manually. I see the current Sins serial on your account, but I'll send you another via email just in case.
And 30 min later, it should be fixed. Cookie on your end seemed to be trying to set a theme that isn't present.
Webgizmos: the walnut02 means you got to the right server. Will talk to the devs.
As of about 10 days ago, www.wincustomize.com is running on a new set of servers at a new data center. You can check where your computer thinks that is at via Start / Run / cmd.exe / ping www.wincustomize.com. If you get a response with an ip address of other than "Pinging www.wincustomize.com [74.204.71.162] with 32 bytes of data:", your dns/upstream dns is not updating to reflect the new site location. I've forced through updated dns records with minimal expiry times to try and forc
