Is there a way to make a Mute shortcut / button that would be the equivalent of checking the Mute All box in sndvol32.exe? What I want is a mute toggle. The only command parameters I can find are: /tray or /t for systray version /r for Recording volume /s for Small display Maybe there's another way to approach it...

Hippie: To save the Right Click menu, make the desired changes & - Exit RC. Exiting saves the changes. I spend hours doing almost imperceptible tweaks on my PC when I could be doing something constructive like skinning (or house-cleaning even). It's especially fun while listening to MLB Audio. Do you ever stop playing with your PC? Do you have any favorite tweaking toys? Usually I do it the hard way, but did enjoy X-Setup Pro Classic, till my trial version expired. I'm almost positive that it came through the phone-- I heard a little phfttt noise when it happened. Several things were plugged into the same surge protector* as the old modem, but nothing else quit working. When the new modem came in, I tried the old DSL cable & it didn't work any more-- pretty good evidence but not conclusive. Still, if it came in through the phone, I'm sure it could jump around after it got here. * which, in turn, is plugged into a UPS
