Enhanced Dialog is one of my favorites too. It makes downloading & saving so much easier... BlueDev- I was complaining about the same issue in another thread. Then I ran today's update (v. 1.00.001) & it didn't write over my settings. [aside} You can also backup the 3 ini files in the ED folder & use them to update the new ini files-- easier than trying to remember & re-configure. <img s

I really like Enhanced Dialog-- it's a great boost for efficiency when downloading & saving files. It's frustrating thought that every update over-writes my settings-- my only complaint. It would be nice if we could update withoug having to reset everything. EDIT Er... never mind... today's update (v. 1.00.001 ) acted right. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/w
Overall very good- Opera problem: Some (but not all) images inserted from off-site hosts show up as a small dot that can be clicked to open the image in a new tab. I know T-Man & Andrew do get around to Opera problems, so I wanted to report it. An example of an image host exhibiting this behavior is ImageShack. The images are displayed as expected on other site forums with Opera-- it's peculiar to WC forums <img src="http://images.stardo
Neil- Just curious It's a moving target, but at this time, what do you consider to be the minimum specs for a non-low end card? (Some of us know you are watching)
Mine behaves exactly like Bichur's description (Reply #1) Here is my system info : WindowBlinds 5.0 System Information Report: STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+ WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC. WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins. You have one monitor in total. (Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to RADEON 9600 SERIES W
At first I thought it was the same in Opera, but then realized I had copied the redirect addy to IE. When I copied the address from the hyperlink in the thread & pasted it into IE, I got a different site. Most likely they set up the preview for IE only, but a corporation isn't likely to block itself off from potential business by locking out people who use other software after the new setup goes live
Some things aren't so great with the new forum. I tried to fix teh stupid links & they got worse. I think you can copy & paste the links, so I give up <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Yum.gif" border=0 ALIGN=

How's about something new for a calculator
Opera doesn't have a throbber. I'm an Opera user, but I use IE for MLB Game Day Audio & a couple of other things that don't work in Opera. Recently I installed the IE7 beta & found that MS has made it much more like Opera, adding tabs and dropping the throbber, among other things. As indicated in the picture below, (1) there's a circle animation on the tab that rotates clockwise until the page rendering finishes. (2) Then the circle is replaced by the website favicon <img src="h
[Aside] Has anyone noticed that IE7 doesn't have a throbber? There's just a little thingy on each tab... Throbber's about to become just another memory
Carvan, it was something about the Taskbar or ObjectBar. After WB unloaded, a couple of dialogs opened & moved things around like ObjectBar does. When I restarted WB Config, it reloaded my skin, but then the Taskbar unskinned itself. After a couple of efforts ot get it back, a reboot seemed like the easiest route to putting things right, so I went with it.
It's like The Picture of Dorian Gray...
I've been using Kaspersky since late last year & am very happy with it's small footprint, frequent updates and high effectiveness. My father used to call me pretty often with with Norton problems. When Norton expired, I migrated him to Kaspersky & he hasn't called with a-v probs since
It was an accident. I wanted to change a setting in WB & right-clicked the tray icon. I'm not sure what happened next-- my hand must have slipped. I knew I had clicked and I saw that Unload WindowBlinds was highlighted. All I could do was watch in horror as the Loading dialog popped up and my beautiful desktop went through a tragic devolution before my eyes into... you know... Restarting WB isn't enough. It

I was expecting the wisdom of the ages You're in for a long wait... Happy Birthday, Mr. Horizon!
I would like to have something similar for WinCustomize administrators, wizops and moderators. Perhaps something like the Stardockian one, but with a WinC lizard or something similar? The monkey-lizard would be a good idea
The Edit shows on your post only-- right after it is posted-- maybe it disappears when it's not possible to edit anymore?
Thanks for controls that work in Opera!
It's a good thing the Active list is for the last 5 minutes because I always leave a browser tab opened here
