Bush & Co. are scared. I talked to a good friend over the 4th who happens to be a standard Republican. Says that he can't in good conscious vote for the Republican Bush Boys this year. He's always voted for what he thought was best for America. However, he'll still vote in a Republican Congress. Checks and Balances. Checks and Balances. >

Opps. Sorry. One last thought to all.............. Grand Raspberries to all and to all a good nite! >
Ahem. GM. I thought yours was up too. Am I mistaken? Anyway. Goodnite. Maybe. The 4th has left me zzzzzzzz. >
Crickets. The breeze. The A.C. I'd rather have silence after the 4th. >
After agonizing over whether I should, I did. My only problem was finding a picture where I was smiling. I really can't believe that I don't smile. It took some doing and searching but.....well there it is. Print out and throw darts everyone....I do the same thing to you all. Oh it is at the Skinerz Gallery. > [Messa
Ahem. Found this posting on the second page again. 3 days without anyone bumping it up. I quess I'll just have to change into-Super Wizard Old Crab and voice this incantation""""BUMP"""! And behold it has magically reappered on the front page! >
The skunks have moved out. No traps needed. Or at least they just haven't returned. We are seriously thinking of building a small tavern at the "Haunted Barn". The "Haunted Barn" Tavern. Something quaint. Anyway we spent all day Monday moving in our brewing equipment. We'll start brewing if we can get things set up properly. Or not since we're always stopping to sample the competitions brews. More on all this later. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/joke.gif" border=0 ALIGN="abs
What I really want is the "Haunted Barn" back. It's over 100 yrs old and has quite a past. Believe me when I say that it's haunted. And Boy O' some of the stories behind it are really spooky. Maybe I'll tell some of the tales of the "Haunted Barn" this October for Halloween. Hint. Ahem. Hint. Skins for Halloween. Even I don't go there alone. Besides the creek runs behind it with fresh clean aquafier water for our beer. ><img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/mad.gif" border=0 A
Hmmmmmmm. Depends of the interpretation of "BANG". I've always found Bushmill Irish Whiskey to have a "BANG". >
Nope. Nada. Nothing. I've even taken out old Grannies book of magic from it's dusty old shelf. As it reads-"to rid oneself of noxious oders of the woodland folk (skunks, possum, and rotted carcases) one should steel themselves and others by the admittance of one's foolhardiness by tempting fate and become aware that nature has intended this (fuming) for the woodland folks own protection.......goes on...and on.....concludes by reading ....the surest cure is by time and frequent apologies to other
Ahem. SuperDuper Grandmaster Ninja Old Crab found the Chocolate Planet Fantasyland thread near the BOTTOM of the second page. I really do believe it was missplaced somehow from the first page. Ahem. Ahem. Old Crab now has to go and get some fireworks and take a bath due to a run-in with a family of Skunks (Pepe LaPews) cousins. Grand Raspberries to all and to all a good whatever. > [Message Edite
Oldies but goodies. GoodMorphing had those up quite awhile back. I should have bkmk'd then. It's good to revisit those sites since they sunk into obscurity. Now....theirrr baaack! Good Show. >
Saw that on the news too. I've decided it's best to take some of the "hair of the dog". >
Hmmmmmmm. I'm with tjesterd on this. Just where do you hang out? I take that back. I used to hang out down in the Montrose section in Houston when young...back then it was like an artist colony, head shops...but now it's been taken over by those people of "alternate" lifestyles. So...however, what was the question.......never mind. >
........Pint, CC, and I were moving some of our new Micro-Brewery stuff down to the old "Haunted Barn" today. The 4th of July being a holiday and all we were in good "spirits" and finally decided to get serious with our beer making endeavours. The "Haunted Barn" down by the creek is an ideal place to make a barrel or two of brew. Cool even in the summer, and in Texas that's saying alot. Anyway our endeavour was cut short. Molassas and Sassafras (my hounds) stirred of a skunk and her kits. When a
Well, must be around a gadzillion. I'm well known for not throwing anything away. More of a pack rat really. Someday I'll go look at my Profile but it's way over yonder and my clicking finger is too teird to work properly. >
I.. I...went to the Big City grocery store today. The prices on produce...I almost fainted! I was absolutely flabbergasted at the prices. What hobbnobbery! Red Bell peppers were $1.89...a piece! I've got 42 Red Bell Pepper plants I planted 4 years ago and reseed themselves every year. No wonder neighbors ask for a couple every now and then. Tomatos'! Tomatoes'! 2.79 a lb. I was discomboobalated at the outrageous price. I've got Beefstead, Patio, and Romano planted in pots on the porch! Okra? Okr
Hot dog! Get you Hot Dog here! Yes, I've always taken a shine to Dashunds. (Jafo, dictionary please). >
What magazines and periodicals do you take? I take Time, Newsweek, Smithsonian, National Geo. and Maximum PC. Just to get a start in the morning I read the Houston Chronicle. I used to take all sorts of things but the cost and the time involved was ........unbearable. So now, I was wondering what everyone else reads. That is if anyone here does read. It does improve the mind you know! Has this been asked before? Oh go ahead answer it again. ><img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smile
Yes. I'd like to see what the Bush Administration and the GOPheads are so intent on suppressing. And why. >
That's a copy. Rip. Rip Off. Well......? Send in the storm troops. Marines. JAFO. I'll do it myself. Don't panic, it'll sort itself out.
This Old Crab is shocked and stunned by paxx incomprensible attitude-teehee. >
Woohoo indeed Mrs_footsie_, woohoo indeed. And the adventures are just now starting.....if Vogons don't come through with their Hyperspace byway we just might go where humanity has not gone before. >
Hmmmmmmmm. Be it as it may. Many fine names have been banded about. I am however more realistic when naming canines. I have one now that is named - DamnIt. DamnIt stop chewing the furniture. DamnIt stop chasing the cats. Damnit stop wizzing on the carpet. As you can tell the frequent use of "Damn It" became his name. Take it or leave it. ><img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/mad.gif" border=0 A
Sorry to hear of your loss. When Jafo lost his companion a while back I wrote of a little platitude from the Rev. Billy Graham sometheing like this- "When I die and my beloved Golden Retriver isn't there to greet me in heaven then I'll know I've gone to the wrong place".
