Damn, shouldn't read threads this late at night, it makes me post rubbish Thanks for the update guys.

That weather widget would be nice
Frogboy: Another vote for the semi-transparency support in Windowblinds... it would be the icing on the cake I'm pretty sure everyone at aero-soft would agree.
Edit - damn, really should read on and realise there was a 3rd page... mine was a quote to the last of the second page.
There was a lot you could do... I was skinning Workbench and designing icons etc back in 92/93 on the Amiga as an example.
Wha?!? Three posts in a row (now 4) damn... could someone del the others please? Thanks. And sorry to hear about your Frog

Is there any news on the future of AveDesk? It would be a great shame to see development end due to a huge 'nerd-blowout'. I've seen it happen a lot through various sites and the forums of those sites never really go back to how they were. Aqua-Soft does need to change admittedly and I agree that AveDesk needs it's own site. I'm sure that would help the development of the app and I know that many would be willing to help support the site via hosting (myself included) and donation as
Nice, and as always a lot of effort on making quality smooth graphics. But just not useable on a day to day basis, even at 1600 Kudos to Paul.
It's just a clone of it, as there are many others for DX, Ave, Samurize. Although to be honest the DX one works better than my Mac one, it does more. If you go somewhere like Aqua-Soft, where Mac emulation is popular, this is nothing unusual. And it was _Martin_ who coded it, not sure about the gfx, but they are good
Brad, I know you have seen AveDesk and the widgets that have been created for that and most of them are from Aqua-Soft members. They are usually ports of Konfab works but a lot are unique. The design asthetics that go with these unique skins are generally on par with anything produced for the Mac, so the artists are there. They just need to be introduced in some way to DX2. Other than the fact that AveDesk is free (and I'm not knocking it [AveDesk] at all, its a great app and I use i

Got .NET installed?
It's fine to install before SP2, so if you are just using the Network Upgrade then WB is fine. It's trying to install WB AFTER SP2 thats the problem. It's quite annoying. I'm slipstreaming SP2 now and reinstalling to see if that helps. But I'm doubting it. I think WB needs to be updated to fix this.
I've just done a fresh install of XP and put SP2 Final on, now Windowblinds won't work!!!!! It's like you have to put WB on 1st before SP2. But do it the other way around and it just won't apply any themes . Any ideas anyone?
The first one at the top is TigerG by KoL or Panther by Xero. The second is Caffeine by Brewman
Frogboy: Yeah good idea, I forgot about that.
Hah, very funny
Yeah is agree with Doug, AveDesk 1.1 is a fantastic app. DesktopX is great and very powerful in what it can do, but for me it does way more than I need and I must admit I have switched to using AveDesk. I'm sure its possible to run both if the need arises though.
Like the Natural Desktop idea. Just please let it support 1600x1200
http://www.skindojo.com - SkinDojo I created this site jointly with GFXman, Hermik, p0ptart and a few others well know in the community. Our aim is too bring a community together which allows all level of skinners, or even none skinners, to bring ideas to the table and have help in creating them either walking through the process or splitting the project between members. Only really just started, but we hope it will grow as well thought of addition to the skinning sites out th

It's more the answers I dont agree with. "Yes, I like being able to support skinners and get very high quality content". As seen, paying for something doesn't guarantee nor indicate quality or the continual production of it. Recently skins by, for example, brewman and his DogmaX I feel would be worthy of purchase and have proven far more usable than the majority of recent Premium skins. As a whole, Premium "Suites" when put together correctly and include icons, skins et al ar
