---You might try to develop some skills in lucid dreaming, then you can change the way it ends, like...you get up and beat the crap out of the dude with the bat and forever banish him from your home.--- That would be so damn cool, and thanks for the link. It was very interesting. ---My favorite technique involves a detailed visualization of bouncing on a trampoline as I drift off to sleep. (the repetitive rhythm of it is akin to 'co

I checked out the Weather Channel and there wasn't any mention of it. But I'm pretty positive Hell is experiencing blizzard like conditions. And why do I think that? Well, looking at the baseball standings I see the Detroit Tigers not only have the best record in their division, and not only the best record in the American League. But do I dare say they have the best
Before last month I can't remember when I had a nightmare. I'm sure I had them, I just can't remember any of them. I think the last time I woke up actually frightened and my heart pounding was a very long time ago. In the past month I have found myself having the same dream over and over. Each the same nightmare with me waking up exactly the same time every
BTW ... is post #26 a double post or did you plagiarized yourself from post #25?
When I first heard this story my first reaction was she didn't deserve all the negative reactions she was receiving. But after it came out that it just wasn't one author she took from but two, and the fact that she hasn't seem to shown any remorse I reluctantly changed my mind. Why not just tell the truth when it first came out? I think if she would've came out and told the complete truth of all she done she wouldn't be in the position she fi
I believe any person can change if they truly want to change. And I also believe the older you get the harder it is to change. I have made changes that were and still are hard for me. So with all sincerity I'm glad you made the changes that were beneficial to you and your loved ones. As for Lucas, I do hope he makes the necessary changes. I'm not too familiar with him so I could be way off base saying this. But I think he would be al
My parents live in your part of the country. They live in NW Ohio. Talking to my father yesterday he was telling me how much rain they been getting. He said it's been a steady rain for days. Since I live in a desert I wish it would rain here. But I really shouldn't complain too much since people here can't drive on DRY pavement. Do your kids like th
---The written story has been around a few years and I've always ranked it among my favorites. While I think the written is funnier, the movie is pretty amusing.--- I like the written version better, too. Watching it two questions popped in my head. Will vegetarians watch it? and Could Catholics see it on Fridays if it was Lent?
Congratulations! Half marathon or not, to me it's very impressive. I couldn't do it with any kind of training. I can't even run errands. I enjoyed your account of it, too. I may not answer all your articles but I do read them. I been a fan since your air travel article. </font
(inbloom here using my sweetie's nic) I'm logged out of my account and cannot log back in because it keeps saying "error" when I go to my homepage. Thus, I can't change the date for today's game. Ah, well, hopefully people will still drop by. **Bump for Monday's Game** (and sorry for not bumping up for Sunday...anyone is free to do it if I'm not around). <img src="http://images.stardo
---Oh Chris you are too funny! I couldn't help laughing as I read this! Imagine the look of a stranger probably thinking you must be some nut!--- One time Rose and I went to a college football bowl game. One of the university's band was practicing in a parking lot and as we passed them I honked my horn and waved to the band. Rose ducked down in her seat.
---Ah Chris, I'm guilty of the fast food complications! I'm sorry, it's not my fault, but when you're ordering with kids and then by the time it gets to me I haven't totally decided on what I'm getting yet. But I usually turn around and apologise to the person behind me cause I know how frustrating that is! COME ON!--- Well at leat you apologize so how can an
I think Hollywood should stop remaking good movies. For example, Psycho. I think if they want to remake movies they should remake ones that had a good story or idea but due to bad acting or directing turned into a dud. I know there's tons of movies made from great books, which turned out like crap. You could start there.
---I jumped, but Dave, Big, Manly-man Dave, screamed like an 8-year old girl and took off running after the guy hit him in the seat of the pants with the saw. That was funny, I gotta tell ya.--- Sounds like one of those times where you wish you had it recorded.
There are some real good ones in this bunch. ---"Democrats Say Lieberman Too Close to Bush"--- Have you ever seen Lieberman? I'm betting he hasn't been close to bush in years.
I'm sure something like that has happened to every guy. I know it has happened to me, and unfortunately more than I like to remember. I bet she was laughing at the situation and not at you. Plus look on the bright side, you could have been in Alaska and her idea of kissing might've been rubbing noses. You would've gone through a whole box of Kleenex. <BR
BTW .. I, too, go to a regular stylist. Not because she cuts my hair better than anyone else. Oh no nothing minor like that but because she's attractive and said I looked like a "stud" after my first haircut with her.
As long as it makes your wife not only beautiful but more importantly FEEL beautiful, happy and satisfied who cares if she drove 100 miles. If you look at it in a positive light you will realize just how lucky YOU are.
---My fav character is Izzy though and I can't wait to see what happens between her and that guy, I forgot his name, the one with the heart problem and whom I found out shared my birthday, April 22. He's a cutie!--- Oh I like Izzy, too. Though I bet for different reasons. I think that guy's name on the show is Denny. After she read an article about him Ro
I like watching Grey's Anatomy. I like it better than Desperate Housewives, which has really gotten boring lately. The lead on the show though is the least appealling. Meredith is by far my least favorite character. I also hate how she always runs into 'McDreamy' on the elevator. I mean how small is that hospital? Do they only have one elevator?

---I think the best one is Scent of a Woman. Robert Deniro.--- That is a good movie. It's Al Pacino though.
If Casablanca is considered a 'chick flick' then that's my favorite. I also like 'It Happened One Night' and 'When Harry Met Sally'. Some channel just did the 50 Best Chick Flicks of all-time. 'Beaches' was number one. I never seen that one. At the risk of being kicked out of the guy club like Parated I not only seen 'Like Water For Chocolate' and "Fried Green Tomatoes" but I read the books. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/sm
Doc, I think Eli Roth, and along with other people, get mistaken when it comes to horror movies and sometimes movies of other genres. So here are some common mistakes I would like to correct. "Frankenstein" isn't about John Kerry. "The Blob" isn't about Ted Kennedy. "An American Werewolf in London" isn't about Bill Clinton's years studying abroad. "Scream" isn't about Howard Dean's campaign. "28 D
I don't remember when I read something you wrote awhile back. It was last year at some time and you made a passing remark on one of your articles stating you could NOT write. Well I'm here to tell you you were very wrong. It takes talent to write a short piece where the reader sees so much. A wonderful article.
