What do you usually build on your home planet, on your first turn? What about a newly colonized planet? What is a good method of deciding where to put your capitals (manufacturing, etc)? I mean, in Galciv 1 it was pretty easy: find which colony produces the most of whatever the given capital affects, and put it there (for example, find which of your colonies produces the most, manufacturing-wise, and put the manufacturing capital

While we're on the subject, is it just me or is there still no way to combine the 'auto survey' and 'auto explore' commands? I mean, I 'd like my survey-capable ships to auto explore, and when they encounter an anomaly, I'd like them to investigate it.
