Well. Froggy has a point. The 'we're the innovators MS just copies us' line that the Apple fanatics have used to death does sound hypocritcal. Macrobyte: Saying ' MS does it more than us ' is just trying to cover it up. Apple either does it or dosen't, it's that damm simple.

Back to MYIE2 WMP10 Windowblinds skin WindowsMax wallpaper crystalized object dock stuff and a bunch of jairo's icons for the menu longhorn ice for Winamp not shown WMP 10 using default skin hornlong for trillian pro credit to all the authors who are seen/featured on my desktop.

Frogboy: How would such a program handle ports. The Winamp skin I use is a kacked up version of XPAmpII that I renamed Watercolor it goes good with the rest of my watercolored apps.

with regards to sound based menus, she already has just about every WIndows sound set ( she likes the Italian samples from Worms Armaggedon ). I don't think we have a problem from there. AFAIK. I appreciate your concern though. This thread has really taken a life of it's own. I really didn't think much when I started it for I was just looking to see if someone had done a big font skin. The kind offers and efforts of the skinners here are much appreciated

Sorry for not being here. Well with regards to the requirements for a skin, the following I suppose would be a good basis for a skin. 1. Light colored backgrounds. 2. Large , simple dark colored fonts ( no wacky text effects ) We use size 15/Arial/black here atm but I suppose any of the good fonts are okay , like Tahoma. 3. Simple graphics in the skin. There are some skins out there that even I have a problem seeing things in because the graphics are so com

Essencay: I have Cindia ( and by extension me cause I don't know an app that can use different resolutions for users in XP ) on 1024x768 . She currently uses size 15 fonts bolded . They work well. She can navigate and do anything as long as she dosen't get default lame dialog box text. We use Eudora for email she uses Trillian and browses , plays games uses Word. We're pretty happy with our setup. BTW I'd like to give a shot at doing a matching Winamp classic skin when you are
