Windows ME in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi guys! First of all I would like to say hi to everyone, since I just joined in. Cool stuff guys, very impressive!! I hope this is the right place to post this quesiton I have, my appologies if it isn't. I have a laptop that has windows ME on it. I've tried to download windowblinds on it, but it fails to install it giving me the message that its unable to install it b/c it needs the version 4.2 to install it. Does anyone know how i can atl
