I *hate* messagboard categories. It is only good if you are gonna ignore the posts on particular topics. Takes twice as long to browse, and it adds another level of clickthrough. Sure, if you are gonna have 200 jillion set topics, like at devart, it might be good on resources. Here, though, there's more of a focus, and it would just be another page to load, (and pay for), before you get to what you want.

I feel... doreenish... Joe: note the reserve on the auction. I doubt you'll get it for 500. and btw, the only part that creeps me out is listing the 6500 registered users and 2500 skins as assets. Considering the anonymous nature of Ebay sales, I would advise all to ponder that and let their instincts guide them to do what they feel is wise with the personal information and material stored thereon. Not much you can do about what's in the db backups, though.

p.s. I hope someone, even someone commercial *cough*, buys them out, just so it doesn't go to pr0n or skinheads. It would be enough just to forward it to one of the community sites. Well, honestly they didn't have to try at all. I never really understood the Spointz thing, either. The fact is, a big, expensive site that you have to sit on all day, and get no monetary profit from, is never gonna work. I don't hold it against them. virtualplastic has lots of registry tweaks for those people that want to use them. I won't double click one until I have read it in notepad, but most people would click and pray, and Norton won't proofread it for them. IMHO, the only reason to use a reg file is to save yourself time doing it yourself. Most people would use them to avoid having to learn how to do it by hand.

ToeJo: ack... Google shows that to be a real gun *and* chambered in a 5.45mm caliber, which is essentially the same caliber as the .223 they have been referencing. I would imagine that such ammunition would be rare in the US, but then I had never heard of it, either. Food for thought.

My AR-15 was very accurate, and as long as I used the forward assist it never jammed. I'm not sure if the Colt varied in quality from the Armalite or the other clones.
