Sorry . . . there doesn't appear to be anything that supports mycroft search plugins with Maxathon. I'd suggest you look at the .src files and see if you can adapt the query strings to the Maxathon search format (or the format of one of its search plugins).
The situation was previously that subscribers got all the games. Now, they don't. This is true. The reality is that they would not have gotten all the games that were recently added to TotalGaming.net, and nor would new users. These games would simply not have gone onto the network. Why? Because subscribers had not paid enough to cover the license costs of purchasing those games! Maybe half of those games could have been added to TotalGaming
I'm not quite sure where you're coming from, Speedy . . . subscribers as of (I think) May get all the games they had before phase 2 plus the things that new subscribers get (10 tokens plus an extended period of time to spend them). I don't see where they've got a bad deal there, considering newer subscribers would have to pay for those games. In that respect, it's a better deal for previous subscribers, but then that's a bonus for loyal customer

It's not that much different, no. What you're paying the extra $45 for is the opportunity to make alpha-blended, easily programmable and distributable mini-applications (and they don't have to be that mini, either). That's a pretty big thing, if you can use them.

As to building an OS . . . get real! Building any kind of platform is a heck of a job, and getting people to actually switch to it is ten times as hard. And hey, if I wanted to run .NET applications under a non-Microsoft operating system, I could just get Mono and run it under Linux. Competing with that would be pretty hard, I think.

Ironically, I managed to find a major crash bug with Firefox while making this plugin - it let you set a plugin without setting a valid file, and if you clicked on it . . . *boom* They fixed that one really quickly when I pointed it out!

Ever wanted to do a quick search for a skin? I've always found it a bit of a pain - you have to go to WinCustomize, wait for it to load, scroll down to the search box, select the library from that dropdown box, type the word in and wait for the results to come back.
