A trial is a time limited test version, reinstalling it won't extend it. If you don't want to purchase it because it's not "worthy", don't. Many people have bootskin problems. It doesn't work on all computers because of various bios issues. There are a few different versions you can try....but if they still have the problem, your computer is one of them that it won't work with. It's free though. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" border=0 align="absmidd

Lantec, I've had no problems at all using it in Vista Ultimate 32bit. "Show folders in a menu" works fine also here. I can't live without RightClick, and when I found it worked, that helped my decision to make Vista my primary OS. Maybe the problems some are having are in pre-release versions of Vista?

Boss0190, not sure what the personal attack was for It was your special day. You won this months "Rant and rave about something that's your own fault" Award. You paid for it a second time? Without reading the description? Yeah, a personal attack against all the people who bitch first and apologize after they realize they were wrong instead of thinking first.

I was trying to be proactive by posting this so that other customers would possibly see this and not make the same mistake I did. Where the hell is that conveyed in your initial post? There's nothing remotely close to that there. Talk about clueless...you seem to be the only one who couldn't figure it out. Go yell at your mom to do your laundry or something. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Hmm.gif" border=0 align="absm

joy, It should work fine that way but sometimes Logon Studio will do weird things on some computers. You are using XP right? One way that always works as a last resort is to download the logon to your desktop, don't have it automatically load. Then rename the file from "Whatever.logonxp" to "Whatever.zip" and unzip it. The you can put the Whatever folder in C:\Program Files\Wincustomize\Logon Studio. Then when you open Logon Studio it should be in the l

But then again...I just got 2 gb or ram for a bit over $100. In 1995, when I got my first computer....it was $40 a mb....or about $82,000 for 2 gb. Granted, it wasn't necessary then, but lowers prices are just fine with me. Anything computer related that you buy now will get cheaper, just find a son or daughter to pass the old to and treat yourself.

I don't know if you're aware of it, but 19" widescreen DVI monitors have dropped below the $200 mark Yeah, the prices are pretty amazing now for them. I had been thinking about getting a 22" with my new machine but decided to splurge and get a 24. It seems people are always wanting me to make wallpapers or logons for 1920x1200 res, and I wanted to be able to actually see them in use instead of making them and hoping they looked ok. <img src="
