No, you aren't the "bad" guy Karen. WAY too much of this happens for a "moderated" site. It's always seemed to me that the mods never go to any other sites...they don't know what is out there and don't know what is a rip. I know they don't get paid for this stuff, but they should be people that spend a fair amount of time on other sites looking at walls, skins, etc. Some do, others I don't think so at all. If a site is going to have "moderation" they should use people

Is there any way to do this without paying $20? Are there any other ways, something similar, that's free? Get off the computer if you want free.....go for a walk...it's free....everybody want's somebody to do something for them for free...screw you.

I totally understand Karen. People think because they download something they can "share" it and it's ok...no permission....because they "like" it. And it happens all the time and nobody questions it. They download cracked versions of Stardock software, and come here when it doesn't work, and people "KINDLY" tell them it's not a legal program also. The worst part is that none of these people give a shit. They just take stuff and do what the hell they want...nothing

Yeah, I don't really understand why so many people insist on installing 64 bit right now. Use 32 bit and enjoy what's available for it now...by the time there is major support for 64 bit, your hardware will be outdated anyway. Seems like cutting edge can go too far sometimes...you lose too much trying to stay ahead of the masses. It just doesn't look worth it to me.

From the Bootskin Download page, under "Alternative Versions:" Some drivers and bios makers "break the rules" which can cause BootSkin to not work correctly. If you experience that, you can remove BootSkin by deleting \windows\system32\drivers\vidstub.sys. And then try one these alternative versions. BootSkin 1.02 BootSkin 1.03

So clue me in. Sorry if I have no idea. You've had tons of people explain it in detail. Other than coming to your house and doing it for you...I can't be more constructive.

Well, you could search it yourself....there is a search feature. Or try Corky O's page and find it. Frankly, I'm kind of amazed you can turn on the computer, find WC, and post in the forums if things are that hard..

Why can't you all either wait or email Stardock Support? These forums are for users helping users when they can..it's not an official Stardock forum and not for bitching about why this or that isn't ready. If you have a problem with a program, maybe someone here can help if they've had a similar problem. If you have a gripe about a timeline or a feature in a program, contact support and don't whine to the other users. We're in the same boat as you. <img sr
